The Type Moon ones were all fun: Fate/Stay Night, Tsukihime, Kagetsu Tohya. That is, if you don't mind H-scenes, but in those games they really don't drive the story so you could skip them if you want.
Also, Sengoku Rance is ******** amazing, I can't tell you how much sleep I lost playing it. Also a lot of porn, though.
