Hello, reader, my name is Decisive Oathkeeper, also known as D.O. I've been here on Gaia for about three years now and have made some pretty amazing friends. Most of them are on my profile, but there are a few who aren't.
I'm 18 years old and finally in college *throws the applications in the trash* whoo-hoo! When I'm not doing homework or roaming around campus, I'm usually here on the computer with both a Gaia and music tab opened, haha. I find it pretty relaxing to come here since it doesn't relate to anything in real life and sort of has its own little space. Its actually for that reason why I'm not quite sure when I'll completely grow out of Gaia and decide to quit. It's become somewhat of a daily thing to log on Gaia to check up on an item in the MP or to do the daily chance, lol.
I'm a pretty laid back kind of person and love to meet new and interesting people as well as receive random pms. As far as Gaia, you can usually find me in the Chatterbox forum posting or hosting a thread. So far I've made about three and a half really successful threads, two of which were actually Spotlighted on front page. Its in these threads where I've met some of those amazing people I mentioned earlier....without them the threads nor Gaia would mean as much as they do.
I live a sort of simple life and try to do my best in everything, its just the way I am. I have many goals and many dreams. I'm not sure if, how, when they'll come true, but I can't help but look up and hope for the best. Its a new year and a new me. I've forgiven and forgotten the past and am trying my best to make 2010 be a totally new year for myself. The night before New Years I made a list of things I wanted to accomplish and to shape the person I want to be. I'm determined to not let this be like the typical "New Years Resolution" that fades away after week two, but rather be goals that I try to live out everyday.

I recently just got playing again,but I'll be less online again.
I guess I can see why going into the real world is scary. What you say makes sense. I guess I am just glad I don't have to worry about that for a bit. And I have definatly met my share of super seniors. In fact I will be a super senior. There is no possible way I can graduate in four years. An accounting minor sound cool though, it would fit well with your major I bet.
