Hello, my name is Renton Thurston.
It's been 14 years since I was born.
Aready 14 years...
I've been alive for 14 years and still nothing has happened around me
or I could say that I don't get the feeling that anything will happen.
It's the worst kind of life.
I grew up in Belforest.
The worst...
That's right, this city is the worst.
This pathetic city is like a painting with "the worst" drawn all over it..
Even if I want to life, we don't get any good waves.
And if you want to live any decent kind of life, you've gotta become a solider.
Even so, I don't have any way to get out of this city.
I don't have enough life experience under my belt.
After all, I've only been alive for 14 years.
So my only choice is to live here, in this crappy town.
This worst of all cities gave me the worst of all lives,
but as long as I've got my waves, everything's okay.
As long as I can lift, there's no problem.
I've got my life,
As long as I've got that, no matter where I am, things are great!
