Hey, everyone! I'm Bernadette, and you can call me Bee, Beezy, or really, whatever you want as long as it isn't offensive. I guess I'm not really your "average" 16-year-old girl...as in, you know, those stereotypical types that the media portrays.
And by the way, everything in life is writable about if you have the outgoing guts to do it, and the imagination to improvise. The worst enemy to creativity is self-doubt.

I'm slightly crazy, extremely neurotic, and generally, fun to be around. I'm shy at first until you get to know me, but once I open up, I'll never shut up. My favourite subject in school is English - always has, always will be. I love the English language; it is my one and true love. I write poetry all the time, and currently have a novel-in-progress.

I'm also a lesbian, but that doesn't really matter, except if you're a guy trying to get in my pants. That doesn't work out too well with me. I like me lady parts, thank you very much. wink I guess you could say I'm leaning towards the dyke/butch side of life, but I don't like those stereotypical confines. I'm here, I'm queer, get used to it. One day, I plan to be a gay rights activist, so beware the wrath of Beezy.

I like to toy with the word intellectual in reference to myself. I guess you could call me smart. I absolutely LOVE debating with other people on issues I'm familiarized with - and I'm not familiar with it, I'll get familiar with it and then discuss it with you. From abortion, love, life, gay rights, feminism, anything. I'll discuss it with you. There's no awkwardness with me.

Music is my life. I've been playing the piano for over a decade, and I love it. I don't know what I would do without my music; it has saved me more than once from insanity. I listen to most types of music. I like to consider myself an artist, I love most forms of art (that I know of). I like pottery and watercolours and pastels and pencils. Not to mention tin foil.
We're every one of us alone in this world. But you have company, if you want it.
