My name happens to be Nikki or Madi. You may call me whatever you wish. I can even go by Melody ( my old username was Acoustic Melody ), Tsuki, Iki... really anything that you can come up with -- within reason, of course. No ebil name calling, please and thank you.
My age changes quite frequently. From day to day, from hour to hour, from minute to minute, so on, so forth. If you'd like to know my current age... well, then I suppose I should tell you good luck guessing. I only tell the people who I talk to THAT frequently on gaia. Which means, they periodically conquer my inbox, comments, or my time in some shape or form. <3
I am most certainly female.
I have a lot of favorite colors, so instead of listing them all in order, I'll just tell you my favorite by far: Blue. I have no idea why, but that color really appeals to my eyes. <3
Instead of telling you the rest of the colors I like, I'll just tell you the very few that I don't. There are certain shades of yellow, orange, and pink that I rather detest. This isn't to say I hate all shades of it. Just a couple. <3 I love the sunset, which is mostly consisted of said colors.
I am often described as insane, sweet, friendly, quirky, outgoing, opinionated, harsh ( in small quantities... normally ), boring, amusing, and really sensitive. You should know, that my biggest flaws are that, by far, I am way too sensitive, and I am very opinionated. I almost always take things on a personal level, and I'm outgoing and hot headed, not to mention stubborn. It's hard for me to accept someone else's opinion if it is being forced upon me. If I think you're wrong, I'll say something.
Though, this being said, I'm not the kind of person who thinks that the world should be divided based on religion, ethnicity, orientation, personal possessions, hair color, intelligence level, etc... I cling to the ideals and norms that we're all created equal. With this in mind, I try to be as open minded as possible.
Another thing you should know about me: I constantly contradict myself. Not to say I'm a hypocrite ( though, I am ), however, I change so frequently that one day I may be someone you think you know better than the back of your hand; I might be as easy to read as an open book. Yet, another day, you may look at me and say: who are you? This is because I am indecisive. I don't like to just settle down. The very definition of my personality, is that there is no set personality I have... to a degree. I'm not going to be a sweet girl one day, and turn around to be a murderer. I simply will have different changes in the way I view things.
**NOTE: The next paragraph is about my religion. Skip it if this may offend you.**
Oh, and so I can get this out of the way: I am a Christian. No, I will NOT force my religion on you. If you have a question about my religion, I will try and respond to the best of my abilities, but it isn't my place to tell you what you should and shouldn't believe. I expect the same respect from you. If I don't tell you you're wrong, don't tell me I'm wrong. Simple as that. The kind of Christian I am, is slightly different than ones you've probably encountered before. I believe in god. And I believe in the morals, and the bigger ideas of the bible. I do not follow the bible word for word. I believe in a kind and loving God. I believe in something called Grace.
I'm fairly happy-go-lucky. I aspire to be the greatest writer and artist that I can possibly achieve to be. One of my hobbies on gaia consists of role playing. So seriously, if you have an awesome role play, be that a group or a one on one, don't be afraid to drop by with a hello. I'd be more than happy to check it out? What's there to lose? The worst thing that could happen would be for me to simply say no. ;P
The possibility of my replies to you are endless. I'm borderline insane. I don't fear my own flaws, I try and embrace them. I wear them on my sleeve.
My favorite music genres would have to consist of: Classic Rock, Jazz, Hip-hop, Classical, and Techno. I also like some light metal and in some very few cases, rap.
I don't much like Rap, Screamo, or Heavy metal. Though, this is just the rule. There are plenty of exceptions.
Some of my favorite mangas are the following: Chibi Vampire, Fallen Vampire, Platinum Garden, Excel Saga, Gentleman's Alliance, DNA Angel, Hot Gimmick, Ultra Maniac, Tsubasa Chronicles, Tokyo Mew Mew, Mew Mew Ala Mode, Hot Gimmick, Naruto... I also really enjoy Alice19, and Amazing Agent Luna.
Some of my favorite Animes are: Kanon, Kadocha, Sailor Moon, the original Pokemon, Card Captors, Chobits [Though, I haven't seen much of it], Inuyasha, Tsubasa Chronicles, Saint Tail, Munto... and more, I'll add more as I figure it out and or remember more.
I prefer mind over matter any day =).
I love the moon and the stars. My favorite weather is when it's raining. I adore it.
I love Thai food. It's my absolute most favorite food that I've come to know up to this point in time.
And at the risk of being redundant... I don't believe in people being judged by: Class, age, appearance, positions, race, orientation, gender, religion, or any of that. When you judge someone it should be purely on their personality, and how hard they try. ( In my opinion, of course. )
I'm literate. Get it? Got it? Good. I would like to clear things up. A lot of people hate people who hate illiterate people. Alright, I hate illiterate people, and by that I mean: Someone who can't understand real English. I have nothing against those who use chatspeak over the computer, it's their choice not mine. However, if you use chatspeak so much, that you are ignorant to real words, then I think you may have a problem.
You should know, that grapes make me hyper. I have no idea why, so please don't ask me, unless you want a random answer. I am often random, and will stare off into space. If I'm listening to music and thinking at the same time, then I start pacing, without realizing it, it's a habit of mine, just like biting my lower lip, when I'm concerned.
You should also know, that I can't spell for beans. Bare with me here, I try the best I can.
I really detest clothes shopping. Blah!!! I hate it. I love to shop for books, and occasionally anime and video games, but never clothes.
