Hello World. I'm Starry Starry Fright!

I hold an Honours Bachelor's degree in Psychology from a major Canadian university, and I'm enrolled in graduate studies in Clinical psychology at an Ivy League university in the USA. Talk to me about psychology. I know some things.

When I'm not rooting around in other people's brains for spare change, I'm writing. In my real life, I write for Cracked.com, and I've won a few awards for short fiction. The main goal is to get a novel published. And then to sell so many copies of it that I can spend the rest of my days lounging in a swimming pool shaped like my own head. I'll get there.

Since I gave up things like "leisure time" and "a sane sleep schedule" a long time ago, I make time for hobbies. I play three instruments, speak two languages, and hoard books like a maniac. Send me your tasty, tasty book recommendations.

I play saxophone as well, tenor, although I used an alto when my (the school's) tenor had a bent key. I would really like to join your guild and learn japanese.
