It's enchanted strings. It was a monthly collectable a while ago now, but I don't think it's tooooo expensive. I actually got given it as a gift from one of my best friends. Instead of the violin, you can have a guitar or a harp instead or treble clef earings. So yeah. It's the enchanted strings.
