I've found that since i started school again its been really easy to get distracted and daydream.... maybe its the long classes,the boring teachers, or maybe... because ive found the perfect song to relax and chill to... i haven't been around for that long and i cant say that ive found out to really relax since everyone has thier perfect way to relax but these r my guidelines so u can relax when u need to slow down:
1: If something is really worth doing than its worth doing it right. Right? wrong if something is worth doing you can always do it l8tr : ) instead grab a blanket and head to the park with ure ipod find a shady tree lay down put on some meaningful and relaxing music and stare at the clouds....
2: People say live ure life to the fullest but living ure life to the fullest can be tiring.
Its fun to go out with friends and party but everyone needs some quiet time.
3: When you wake up in the morning and dont want get out of bed why push ure self im not saying school is not important but school is not going anywhere lie in bed and think about ure life not what ure going to do in the future or what u did but instead think of something u haven't thought about in a long time. Maybe the last time you were completely relaxed the time and point where u were so relaxed u could have let any and all worries go. Then think of something more relaxing then that and do it.
4: Life is short is bs most of the time its long so y work the whole time working is good but kick back and relax once in a while like once a week on sunday might be best.
What i think about racism:
if u call a black guy (whos not from africa or his parents are not from africa) an african american u are racist. why you ask? because why do you have to act not racist by calling a black guy african american if ure not racist . so by acting not racist u are racist because u dont have to act not racist if u arent racist............... if this doesnt make sense tell me...... but think about it..... i think it makes sense
