She is Chibi Chibi but Chibi Chibi-chan got married so she is now known as Chibi Cosmos she very grown up but cheerful when someone is sad she could cheer them up with some talk her boyfriend Mamaruu met when she was walking down the street looking for some food when she got some sushi she threw some then it hit Mamaruu head he called her heart head for some reason then yea thats how they met and when they were boyfriends and girlfriends this a little girl called Savanna dropped down when white clouds were gathering then ouch Savanna hit Chibi Chibi on the head Savanna came frome the future tokoyo which Mamaruu and Chibi Chibi's daughter Savanna has a pet fox frost to lead the way the fox is just like Luna P can turn to anything but instead of a fox it transform it self as a balloon with a string so Savanna can hold it.
Then when Chibi Chibi was at school there was a new student she was Yumi-kataru at school she became Chibi Chibi's closest frend then when at the the dark tower Yumi was captured by evil villians the dark tower was her awakening! so Yumi is Sailor Destruction but Yum-Chan has a sister Hotaru-Tomoe which is Sailor Saturn Chibiusa's best friend Chibiusa is Sailor Chibi-Moon the princess of crystal tokoyo.
Savanna use Frost to transform its self to some pictures as Chibi Chibi's little sister Savanna came from the future because her mother was in trouble Sailor Destruction is defending her and the sailor soldiers but the sailor soldiers told Savanna to go back to the past to find some help.
