Tellin' my stories from personal experience, been around so much I don't know where I've been since, going my way not looking for respect points, but since when did this ache start in my joints? Test the waters and take one step back, no one suspects this surprise attack from between the flames, hang with stunning dames, best of the world; she knows my name. I've got no chance but while we dance I break my stride and suggest romance. Not the kind you have in mind, but I have no way to explain what's mine. One shot, one miss, we're falling into this abyss, friendship, an empty clip, looking for a way off this ship. Got this gun that's called a pen, can't remember where I've been.
