Ah, that comment. The thread is called the Anti-Guide because everyone means the opposite of what they're saying, so I was really saying that more works should respect viewers' opinions rather than trying to convert them to one "true" interpretation. I interpreted the tip you were making as a criticism of Opinion Myopia. And yes, opinion myopia is something I do not like, so I decided to expand on what thought was a criticism of that.

But I do apologize if my statement sounded offensive. Now that I think about it, it is harder to differentiate between sarcasm and actual Anti-tips than I imagined, so it could have sounded like "how dare you personally believe that chocolate is better than vanilla!"

Hello! I just wanted to say that my blonde joke in the aquarium bottle is not meant to be offensive. I am a natural blonde myself, and know that blondes are not stupid. Well, no more than people of any other natural hair color. =)
