I don't know much of the situation but from what the cards tell me -

You are stuck in a period of placidity, where no progress is being made and life is "standing still" because you are lingering too much on thoughts of what life could be like. You must have resolve in yourself and your goals to achieve them. This is the key to your success, your own person control and hard work to achieve this desire of yours. If you do not work hard and put your whole self into your own personal goals and improvement, you will continue to be stuck in this limbo between determination of a goal and completion of the goal.
