I am an artist, and someday I will be amazing. I'm kind of a jack-of-all-trades; I'm majoring in Advertising Design, minoring in Business of Art and Design, and concentrating in Illustration. And yet I have a high interest in the sciences, especially psychology.

Art and art school are the most important thing to me.

I don't know if you saw it, and I felt stupid as soon as I wrote it, but I wrote a comment on the drawing of mine you commented on. (what an awful sentence.)
Commenting on my own work in such a way might make it seem as though I'm trying to simply agree with whatever you said and still preserve the integrity of the drawing. (Pff, what integrity?)
My honest intention was to thank you for the comment you left as it was more than "omg i luv it cool" and also not as brutal as "you suck never draw again."
It was very refreshing, to say the least, so, thank you!

I just wanted to thank you for that thoughtful comment (or should I say, lecture). I never viewed art the way you just explained to me. I used to view art as more of a past-time or hobby. Just to let you know, your words inspired me to pursue art even more than before.
