Per semester around 3,900. When you graduate there is also another site you can go to & make an account on. When you do, you can get a Cal Grant, which is more money for you. C: Emily showed me that one.
I'm going to community college for now, so I actually have money left over for books and stuff like that.
What they do is they pay the money directly that needs to be paid to the school and if there is money left over, they send it to you in a check or your bank account if you have one set up and link it to the account.
They gave me money, yes. Most of my friends too. The ones who signed up.
It really is silly for people to not take it. Almost everyone I know that went to school with me did this.
Cool. C:
You've still got time to consider. I am telling you now. Write this down if you don't know about it already.
Apply for a grant through FAFSA when it's available. http://www.fafsa.ed.gov/
Ask your dad to help you fill it out. You'll need your parents income & junk like that.
It is FREE money. You don't have to pay it back unless you drop out of the college, fail or get kicked out or whatever.
Check it out & make sure you send it as soon as you can when it opens up for application. Do it early. If you don't, you'll miss out on more money.
Ahh, nice. C: What do you want to do after you graduate?
Not really. Not yet anyways. Haha.
I only had one class today and it was awesome. It was Intro to Digital Art.
Tomorrow I have health, history & communications though. D: I'm sure that will be less fun.
