You weren't. I was the one being rude, and on purpose, though not entirely directed at you, but for all who are making the same sort of replies on different topics not even looking for titles. Sure, the words are wise but people are overlooking the simpleness of the questions. Making the unpredictable Chatterbox or Chat-spaces more dependable for writers questions than the Writers places itself on all sorts of sites I've perused. Just wanted to steer that dependability back to the Writers section at least on one site.
Sorry you were the one I had to snap at to whip others into shape.
