Background: Yamanaka Ino is the first daughter of the Yamanaka Clan. Yamanaka Ino's grades proved her to be most advanced in ninja tools and flower arranging; as to be expected from a Yamanaka who's family owns the local 'Yamanaka Flower Shop.' During her academy years, Yamanaka Ino was very popular amongst her friends and classmates; being outgoing and having top grades among the girls. As her development slowed down during the final years, Chunin teachers couldn't help but notice her friendship with Haruno Sakura had been broken. This being looked into, it is found that they had become rivals for the love of Uchiha Sasuke. Her fierce will to overcome her rival, Haruno Sakura, has given her strength to continue with her training. After failing the Chunin Exams and believing herself to be of no help in missions, Yamanaka Ino unwillingly asked Haruno Sakura to teach her everything about Medical Ninjutsu. Haruno Sakura accepted Yamanaka Ino as her 'Younger sister,' and started teaching Yamanaka Ino all she had been learning the past year with much bickering in between. After passing the Chunin Exams after her second try, Yamanaka Ino again slowed down her training to relax; only to become pressured by her Sensei's death not long after. Her team suffered the loss, but found a way to work around it. Right now Yamanaka Ino can be found working in her family's flower shop, tending to all the flowers and helping costumers. Yamanaka Ino still completes missions and her rivalry with Haruno Sakura has slowed to show they are more likely friends than rivals. ______________________________________________________________
