My name is Hanna Josievna. I am fourteen years old. Well, almost, but close enough. When you first see me in person, you might think that I'm at least sixteen because of my height.I am somewhat goth and slightly emo with a hint of punk. You don't see me wear bright colors much, but that's the way my boyfriend likes it.
I am mostly into metal, goth, emo, and punk bands like Disturbed, Marilyn Manson, Slayer, and Rise Against. I do NOT like pop, jazz, country, rap, hip-hop, funk... my point is: if it doesn't have thrashing guitar riffs, pounding drums, a heavy bass line, and edgy vocals, it's not worth my time. I have nothing against people who like those artists; I just have stuff against the music, the lyrics... heck, I've got a few things against some of the artists themselves.
One of my greatest talents is my writing. I am a poet, songwriter, and young novelist. When I write a story, at least one of the characters is based on a real person. When I write poetry, I put exactly what I'm feeling into the words. Writing songs and writing poetry are very similar. But there is a difference; poems are just of the heart and mind. When I write a song, I'm pouring my heart into the lyrics, pulling the sound from my head, and feeling the song with my soul. All I have goes into my music.
Another talent I have is fighting. My best friends and I spar each other a lot. Except for Mitchell. He doesn't get out much and is very thin. He's a daredevil, yes, but he doesn't like to fight. I admire him for that. <3
People think I'm weird for a lot of reasons. But in my eyes, that's a good thing. I'm not a weirdo; I'm just typical, insane, one-of-a-kind me.
