You cannot buy the whole boot as a whole-- the closest you can get is get the stockings with a black loafer-style shoe that has a teal sole. (about $70 a pair on ebay T^T )

Parents are always a problem for some when it somes to cons. I've been an otaku for the past 7 years, and I was only allowed to go to my first con last week. My parents were still clinging to their hopes that anime was just a phase for me before they finally agreed to let me buy a $150 Miku cosplay. xd ( went all-out-- wig, colored contacts, the whole deal)
