Some RL friends and I were thinking about creating a guild a while back, and now we are starting to get into the planning stages.
The guild will be based on roleplaying, theories about life (if you are interested), and more!
Prerequisite: If you are interested in being one of the vice captains or captains, you must have/purchase a Fai coat.
Catagories of RP: Anime, Fantasy, Sci-fi, Historical, Battles, etc.
Theories of life catagories: Whatever you please as long as there is no cussing in the forums, if so, you shall be banned. Spamming is debatable, withing reason of course (must be along the lines of the main subject).

About

Good morning, day, or evening to all gaians out there!

Have you ever had any plans for a story you have read that belongs to someone else? Have you ever wanted to change it around in any way at all? Well, I'm giving all of you the chance to help me out with my story. I could really use any thoughts, opinions, feelings, and the ideas I know each and every one of you have out there.

You are probably thinking, oh no, what's the catch? Well, there is no catch. The only thing is that I would love to use your ideas in my story that will one day be published, and I will put the real names of the people who give me the ideas in the dedication page of my book. Also, whoever sends me their idea that is really good, I will pay up to 500g to 5,000g or more (I'm poor saving up to give back to you all), by the end of the week. If you can give me a title for this book, I will pay extra gold or give you my highest value item, and put your name down first in the dedication page. Now isn't that a great deal? I think so!

If you are serious about sending me ideas, PM me, and I will respond. I will update daily on the information I get, and I will post it in my journal, and also on the Writer's corner in Forums under fiction.

Below is what my story is about. I hope I can get many people to respond to this. The more people who do, the more likely my book will be published, and may continue into a series for the people, dedicated to gaians who are interested.

So what are you waiting for?
*****((P.S. ALL of the story below is in the process of being copywrighted))*****

My Alucient Story thus far...

Alucient: I find it quite hard to believe that living in a world like this is
Enjoyable. Especially, if you have a life like mine, where your job is to lead people, innocent people, to their own demise for your own life. It’s selfish; a life for a life, but not just a normal life, but to keep your immortality intact. I never expected it to be easy. Call it cruel, but I have had no feelings toward any of it. I’m not allowed too; it’s not like I want it this way, I just don’t know how to feel anymore. I guess I’m used to it is all. Is it considered selfish? Careless?
All I have done is for life, yet it has meant death. Guilty as charged. I see it as a way of a vampire. Take a life to give life. Unlike vampires, I don’t drink blood. My job is easier, even though there may be the occasional loss and a blood stain or two, all I have to do is bring innocent people to the realm of my master, who lives in another dimension. If he doesn’t like them, he will make them his slave, but if they were to disobey him, it would cost them their lives.
I have temporary immortality; the physical body of a young twenty-two year old male. In order to have permanent immortality, I must hunt down the Chosen One, the Sage of Light, while I bring others to my master. The only thing he has told me, is that she has the purest heart, and you could tell by the way she handled everything, by her overall presence, that she was the Chosen One.
I’m still baffled by his words.

Lynn: I can’t believe I let this happen to myself. I should have said no, but being faithful to my friend, I chose to do this. Now, I’m walking up the side of a mountain, searching for a special rose bush by a spring, on this path called “Demon’s Trap”, which sounds ironic to me, landscape and all. Especially, since it is an hour to dusk, so I better hurry.
Some people say that this path leads to an abandoned castle, where a demon resigns, who brings unexpected travelers inside, where they never return. Others say it is a vampire who tortures his victims before slowly drinking their blood as they are in pain before they die.
I don’t believe either myth. If anyone lives there now, I can only hope they won’t mind me staying the night. It can get dangerous on a mountain at night.
As I walk up the treacherous path, the cool breeze begins to make me shiver, and the sky is getting more ominous each moment more.
All I see before me is an opening in the trees, so I start running towards it, hoping that it will lead me to the spring.

Alucient: Walking out to the balcony, I felt more strange than usual. Maybe, Master Hirachigo’s words were comforting me, rather than tormenting me as they should be. Could it be possible? Living a life, once I captured the Chosen One, with a woman? I can only hope to find the Chosen One soon, so I could dream again, without being chased down death road so quickly. Could I actually feel love again? Was it possible?
Suddenly, out of the forest emerged…a girl? An innocent girl none the less. I quickly pulled out my Talisman and held it in my hand, extended from me. My dark powers began charging it. The Talisman would tell me if she was innocent for sure, and if she was the Chosen One or not.
I smiled darkly and searched the borders to see the girl’s appearance more clearly. Unfortunately, she was further away than I thought, so I decided to go with the next best thing.
I’m immortal right? I heal with no injuries immediately, and without pain too. Why not jump off the balcony?
Suddenly, the girl stops, and looks up to me.
Why not scare her a little bit and make her stay? That works out quite well.
As I climb on top of the balcony railing and keep my balance like a statue, despite the wind, I felt calmer. Then before I started to jump, a thought crossed my mind.
What if I worry her too much? After all, she could be a lover, but what if she wasn’t?

Lynn: Standing at the rustic gate of the seemingly abandoned, Victorian-style castle, I saw the figure of a man upon the balcony railing that was about 80-100 feet off the ground.
All I could do was pray for him not to jump.
Was he trying to commit suicide?
“Don’t do it!” I yelled out.
I wandered if he could hear me. He looked straight at me, for I saw his head turn to me with a look of shock upon his face.
That’s when time seemed to stop and my heart beat faster from anxiety. He jumped gracefully off the railing.
I quickly grabbed the iron gate, and thrusted myself over it since it was locked.
I landed on the other side quickly and sprinted towards the spiraling man. I could only hope to make it in time.

Alucient: As I fell, I could only watch in astonishment as this mere mortal girl tried to make it to me across the treacherous terrain. I knew she wasn’t fast enough, but I admired her Caring ability, even though she is only an innocent stranger…so far.
Suddenly, the girl tripped and screamed for me.
That’s when I hit the ground with a perfect landing upon both feet and one hand.
She looked at me astonished, shocked, and worried.
I observed her for the first time
This girl was innocent. She had long, brown hair and baby blue eyes. Her skin was fair, besides the fact she was dirty from her first landing and the trip. She was thin and very beautiful. She had tears in her eyes as I walked over to her.
“Are you alright? How could you survive that?! No one can do that and come out unharmed. Who are you? What are you?” she asked nearly out of breathe.
“I’m sorry I scared you. My name is Alucient. May I ask, who are you?” I asked intrigued by her presence.
“Um…I’m Lynn. I’m sorry for intruding, but I came to find a special rose bush, but it seems I have gotten lost--Anyways, what made you so-”
Before she finished her sentence, I opened my arms to her, as if ready to catch her. She seemed so exhausted for she was shaking badly and was unbalanced, as if she could collapse at any moment.
“-Oh my…” she said as she fell into my arms.
Barely awake, she cringed as she reached for her left ankle.
I looked to find a bloody ankle, and she also had a sprained wrist too.
“You’ve lost some blood. Everything will be okay. I have to ask you a question when you wake up, since most people faint after losing blood.” I said.
“Why?…Why are you so nice?…” she said as she fainted, as I gathered her into my arms.
“I should be asking you the same question.” I said.
She looked like an angel as she laid in my cold arms. All that was running through my mind was: Could she be the Chosen One? Please let her be okay. Why was I caring for such a girl? I was in no immediate danger, yet she risked getting hurt for me. Maybe she is special, or maybe I’m getting too attached. After all, to save my life, I must turn her in. After she is healed, I will turn her in. It’s the only way to keep order, but is it selfish?

Lynn: Am I dreaming? Everything is so dark. I’m in pain, and all I can think about is that man. What was his name, Alucient? He’s so kind and handsome. His long, white hair with silver streaks in it too. Even his eyes are mysterious. They fade from yellow-gold to red to black, from bottom to top. He seems so cold and secluded, like he has never felt any emotions. Like, he’s hiding something too. I can feel it.
What am I doing? I have a life, friends, and family back home. I can’t stay here. Then again, what is here?
Maybe it’s all a dream, and I fell out of bed again.
I have to wake up. This twisted nightmare gets more confusing with each moment passing. I can’t move my body. I must be out cold. All I can do is try.

Alucient: I took innocent Lynn up to my study and laid her gently on my couch. As I bandaged her up, I felt relieved. The bleeding had subsided and she began to toss and turn. A soft smile appeared upon my face, but as quickly as it came, it left.
As much as I was happy, it would soon be over with Master Hirachigo. I can’t hide her forever, and he is supposed to be arriving later to collect his harvest, in this case Lynn. I can’t let him take her. She’s different, I can feel it.
Suddenly, Lynn woke up as I turned to her.
“It’s not a dream, this is real.” she said.
“Yes, I’m sorry to say. Forgive me.” I said.
“All I ask, is for an escort to the springs tomorrow. I can reach home from there. My friends and family must be worried sick. Could you please help me?” she asked worried.
I didn’t want to lie, but how could I dare even speak the truth.
She would die, or be trapped in Hirachigo’s dimension forever.
“Lynn, it’s at least a two day hike from here.” I said trying to talk her out of it.
“Then, could you show me the way to the nearest civilization?” she asked.
“Um…well, only if the weather permits it. It’s been a long day. You should get some rest. I had a maid find you a nightgown, and unstained clothes for the morning. You can sleep here soundly. No one will disturb you, though I will be back later to check up on you.” I said walking to the door.
“Thank you, Alucient. I appreciate what you are doing, but why are you so kind?” she asked sweetly.
“A proper gentleman always treats a lady with the up most respect. You’re different from other girls. You have feelings. Protect them at all costs. Goodnight my lady.” I said leaving.
“Goodnight Sir Alucient.” I heard her say as I closed the door behind me.
I quickly pulled out my pocket watch. It was a quarter to midnight. The time at which Master Hirachigo would be expecting me in the throne/ballroom.
I looked back once more to the study, before continuing to where I was needed to be in order to save Lynn.

Lynn: Sighing, I walked over to a nearby chair, where the nightgown and an extra dress were laying. They were so formal and gorgeous, that they seemed to be a fortune, but they were too old.
I changed into the white, off-the-shoulder collar, lace silk nightgown. It had a v-neck that was tied with lace, and it was flowing at knee-length and trailed to the floor in the back. I slipped on translucent white stockings, and white ballet shoes.
After, I took down my hair and redid it, by putting a small braid on either side of my face, with the rest flowing down. On top of each braid was a white silk flower.
I felt a strange presence nearby, and I didn’t like the feel of it.
Suddenly, a huge gust of wind blew open the balcony doors. Once it faded, I began to walk towards it.
How foolish I must be to follow this, but what do I have to lose? Could it be Alucient surprising me?
When I reached the balcony railing, I searched for anything suspicious.
A huge spiraling cloud of darkness spun on the ground below, revealing a cloaked figure. He was evil and dark.
In shock, I covered my mouth. As he stood up, our eyes met. He was far more powerful than I had imagined.
A dark grin appeared upon his face.
I quickly retreated to the safety of the study.
Who was he? Those horrific hypnotizing black eyes. That face of his, seemingly inhumane. His presence was intimidating enough as well.
I had to find a way to warn Alucient, but how?
I ran out of the study on a mission to find him.

Alucient: I kneeled before the empty throne assuming Master Hirachigo would soon appear, having high hopes for saving Lynn.
Sure enough, the room grew dark and cold. I closed my eyes in retaliation.
“Good evening Master Hirachigo. All is well I presume?” I asked.
“Rise my dark one.” said a low eerie voice.
I opened my eyes and stood up, facing Hirachigo who loomed in the shadows upon the throne.
“It seems you’re not alone. You’ve done your job too. Bring them forth.” said Hirachigo darkly, his blood red demon eyes upon me.
“Sir?” I asked.
“You dare defy me? What say you? Bring them forth. Give HER to me now!” said Hirachigo impatiently.
“Which one do you desire that you’re eyes have laid upon?” I asked prolonging the conversation.
“You know very well which one. She stole your heart. I can see it in your eyes.” said Hirachigo.
“No girl could ever lay claim to a heart as cold as mine.” I lied.
“Very well then, send such a loving girl to me. I can’t wait.” he said rubbing it in with a devilish grin.
“I will return shortly master.” I said turning and leaving.
I wander what he is planning now? He never actually told me what really happened after he got what he wanted. I guess it means in order to save Lynn, I have to sacrifice a maid again who looks like Lynn.
“Damn it!” I angrily grinded my teeth together after I was out of earshot.
There were no maids that even came close in appearance to her.
The question is, how did he even see Lynn if she was in the study the whole time?

Lynn: I ran down several corridors, staying in the shadows as I searched for Alucient. All hope seemed lost, until I reached the gardens.
I found Alucient searching for something.
“Um…Sir Alucient?” I asked feebly as I slowly came into his view.
“Oh! Lynn, where have you been? You’re in danger! We have to hide you!” he said taking my hands in his.
“No! There’s a dark force that has invaded your castle! We must stop it now.” I said.
“I should explain. That dark force is my master, Master Hirachigo. I-”
“-your master?” I interrupted.
“Yes. In order to keep order, I have to turn in an innocent girl to him every once in a while. Unfortunately, he’s already seen you and wants you. I was going to find a maid to take your place, but none fit your appearance.” said Alucient.
“Then I must face him.” I said solemnly.
“No! I won’t let you get hurt! If you’re not what he’s looking for, you’ll be trapped in his dimension forever or he will kill you!” he said.
“We have no choice. You even said so yourself.” I said.
“You’re not even appropriately dressed. You’re in a nightgown. At least wear my cloak.” he said taking off his black cloak and wrapping it around my body.
“Thank you.” I said barely smiling.
“I also want you to have this. It will protect you.” he said handing me a ring on a locket necklace.
I let him put it on me, and our eyes met as he turned me back around.
“Are you ready?” he asked.
“Yes.” I said as we kept our gaze.
“Then we should go.” he said looking away.
We both blushed.
He cared about me enough to do everything he could to keep me away from this Master Hirachigo phantom.

Alucient: We arrived at the throne room/ballroom, and I escorted her in.
“So this is the honorable lady I shall take with me tonight.” said the low, masculine, eerie voice.
Two demon eyes appeared from the shadows as we stood in the pale moonlight.
“What use have you of me?” Lynn asked calmly.
“Depends on who you are.” said the voice.
“Master Hirachigo. She wouldn’t be of any use to you, as much as she is to me.” I said.
“Why is that? Has she brought back your ability to love? Has she taken the place of your dear Mia?” asked Hirachigo.
I angrily gripped my hands into fists.
Mia, my first love before I met Hirachigo. She betrayed me for another man, and hurt, I made a stupid wish for her to endure eternal suffering. It was one of the worst mistakes that led me to be in this position.
“What am I to you?” asked Lynn.
Master Hirachigo stood up and walked towards us.
He stopped only two feet from Lynn, still concealed within the shadows. He raised his skeleton hand to her forehead.
“No! Stop!” Lynn pleaded.
A breeze began to stir around them. Lynn’s eyes began to glow a bright white. Moments later, she fell to her knees breathless.
“What have you done to me?” she asked in an exhausted tone.
“My dear, you are the Chosen One.” said Master Hirachigo.
“She can’t go with you!” I said defensively.
“Don’t risk your immortality and freedom by doing something you’ll regret.” said Hirachigo.
“Sir Alucient?” Lynn asked.
I turned to Lynn. The longing and fear in her eyes only made me want her more. Would it be the right thing to let her go, in order to create a plan to save her? It was the only thing I could do.
“I will see her again. You have my word.” I said bowing my head in doubtful defeat.
“NO! Alucient! Please don’t let me go!” she said.
“I promise you I’m doing the right thing if you have faith in me.” I said.
Hirachigo pulled Lynn close, and a dark cloud swirled around them.
As I watched her struggle for freedom, a tear streamed down my face.
“I’m sorry.” I mouthed as they faded into the darkness.

Lynn: How could he do this to me? Why? It didn’t make any sense at all. Now, I was lying on a bed, alone, in a dark room. The dungeons seemed more convincing than this.
“Master Hirachigo!? Wherever you are, I will never EVER be yours!” I yelled.
I got out of the bed and searched for anything sharp.
Finally, I found a dagger under the wardrobe. I cut the train off my dress and then used a small piece to tie my hair back into one braid. Then, I cut off and modified the nightgown into a tunic and found black leggings and boots. After, I used the remaining fabric to make a black belt.
After an hour of modifying, I snuck out of the room, with only a dagger as my weapon.
I have no idea where I am, but the only thing keeping me going, was knowing Alucient was somewhere out there, maybe trying to find me.
“Where are you going?” asked a voice.
Startled, I turned to find a girl of twenty with long black hair and magenta eyes. Judging by her outfit, she was one of the maids.
“Um…who are you?” I asked.
“My name is Mia. I’m Master Hirachigo’s head maid. I’m supposed to care for you, and by the looks of it, it won’t be for long.” said the girl.
Mia pulled out a vile of purple potion and handed it to me.
“What’s this?” I asked in curiosity.
“It’s a strong narcotic in this dimension, and if it comes in contact with a sword or metal, it can open portals with a vertical slash.” said Mia.
“Wow, and you’re helping me escape?” I asked.
“I’m Henry’s first love. Please tell him that he’ll always be in my heart and that I will be waiting.” she smiled.
“I-I…okay.” I said.
Who was Henry? I didn’t know anybody named Henry.
“Thank you. Leave now and you’ll get back before Hirachigo discovers that you’re gone. I can take the heat. Just always wear this. If you know how to use it, you can never forget what’s most important to you. Also, if in the wrong hands, can bring your nightmares to life.” said Mia pulling out a blood red broach.
I noticed Mia seemed darker with every word she said, and I became paranoid.
“Are you alright?” she asked as she put the broach on me.
“Yes.” I said pouring the vile onto my dagger.
“Just two drops.” said Mia as the first drop hit the blade of the dagger.
The dagger began to glow a florescent purple.
I took the dagger and vertically slashed open a five-foot tall portal. On the other side, I noticed Alucient facing away from me.
As I jumped through the portal, I fell onto Alucient, knocking him onto the ground as the portal faded.
“Lynn!? You’re alright, but how?” asked Alucient.
“We need to find Henry.” I said.
Alucient’s face was as pale as a ghost.
“Alucient?” I asked.
“Um…sorry…why do we need to find Henry?” he asked.
“Mia, a maid, wanted me to tell him that he’ll always be in her heart, and she’ll be waiting for him.” I said.
“I’m sure his Mia is dead. He saw her death with his own eyes.” said Alucient softly in shock.
“I wouldn’t lie to you. She had black hair and magenta eyes.” I said.
“Did she seem suspicious to you in any way?” he asked.
“A little, but she seemed like something dark was concealing her.” I said.
“Stay here. Henry, Mia, and I need to have a little chat.” said Alucient darkly.
“Here! Take my dagger. It can open portals now, thanks to this.” I said pulling out the vile.
He quickly took it from me.
“Do you know what this is?” he asked.
“It’s-”
“-It’s poison. If you open portals with it, the consequences can be lethal. You didn’t use it, did you?” he asked.
I looked away.
“Mia gave it to me.” I said.
“Stay in the study until I get you.” said Alucient leaving.

Alucient: How dare he impersonate Mia! Also to poison Lynn. I only have a few hours before it’s effects harm her.
I pulled out a blue brooch, similar to the one Lynn had.
“Portal appear!” I said .
Suddenly, a bright purple light opened a portal to Hirachigo’s throne room. Cautiously, I walked through it.
“What brings you here my servant of darkness?” asked Hirachigo.
“You know very well what, Mia.” I said darkly.
“Hmmm…How clever you are, I didn’t really notice until now. Oh well, the only way to save her from death, is to give her to me.” said Hirachigo.
“You always liked your prey on the run, so what’s stopping you now?” I asked.
“Her heart. The fact that she loves you, but you can’t stand it. She denies that she loves you, secretly, because you can’t admit she’s head over heels for you, and that you love her back! You have more of a coward in you than human in that weak body of yours!” said Hirachigo.
He was right, but I wouldn’t want him to win at all.
“SHUT UP! I do every pathetic chore you give me without anything in return! All I want is a normal life with Lynn okay!? I do love her! I really REALLY do! I won’t let her die in your hands! I want her by my side, and I’ll do what it takes! She’s the only thing that can bring out my true nature, my hopes, and dreams! Even though I’ve only just met her, I love her, and I will fight for her to the end. Do you understand me!? You CAN’T take her from me! Her HEART belongs to ME!!!” I yelled enraged.
He just sat there grinning darkly, as I calmed down.
He slowly clapped as if unamused with that smirk on his face.
“Bravo. Are you finished?” he asked.
“Listen you! Not until your last breath is gone, the last drop of blood flows from your body, and surely not until I have what I want from you.” I said.
“And which is more important? Her or your immortality and Mia back? I do have the power to bring the dead back to life, dear child.”
“I wouldn’t change what happened for anything.” I said.
“We’ll see about that. Think it over and tell me in the morning.” said Hirachigo.
I was about to charge at him, but as soon as I started lunging for him, he rammed me through the portal, and it faded before I could stand up.
“Darn it! How am I going to stop the venom? Is there no other way?” I asked myself angrily.
There was a way. It would nearly kill her, but I would have to take her to my cousin to heal her, Zalon.

Lynn: I felt woozy, but to not worry Alucient, I didn’t show my pain. One minute my body would burn, the next it would freeze.
I sat on the chair, throwing a nearby quilt around my body.
Suddenly, Alucient busted in through the doors as if confident and concerned.
He swiftly came over and felt my forehead.
“Lynn? You’re pale, and your body temperature is fluctuating. Are you alright?” asked Alucient.
“I’ll be okay.” I said smiling.
“Alright then, I want you to meet someone at the Springs, also where we will find that rose of yours.” said Alucient.
My eyes widened and my mouth went agape, I stood up while he held me.
“I can’t wait! When are we to leave?” I asked excitedly.
“Momentarily, of course.” he smiled.
I hugged him tightly and kissed him on the cheek.
“Oh thank you!” I said happily.
In shock, but smiling, Alucient nodded while he blushed.
“Um…shall we?” he asked.
“Yeah…” I said blushing back.
He turned around and squatted down, as if in a starting position for a race.
“Climb on and hold on tight.”
“Why?” I asked cautiously.
“Look, I have immortality. Remember how we met?” he asked.
“Oh yes! I have a question though. How did you heal my injuries?” I asked.
“Easily, with a vile of healing potion after I washed the wounds. I gently rubbed it on them, numbing the pain, and you woke up after it dried completely. Anyways, hop on.” he said.
I nodded as I wrapped my arms around his shoulders.
Suddenly, he took off running. We crashed through the balcony doors and leapt off the railing. The shards glistened in the moonlight.
I looked over to him, his gaze met mine for a moment. Everything seemed as if it were in slow motion. He smiled back at me, his mysterious shining eyes narrowed as if saying, “Not to worry, I’m here, and I won’t let anything happen to you.”
I began to blush and looked away. I think I am starting to like him…a lot.
Time sped up as we were reaching the ground.
Once again, he landed gracefully, and as soon as he barely touched the ground, he was funning as fast as he could, straight into the forest as if the impact was nothing.
“Where are we going? This doesn’t look like the way to the Springs.” I said.
“The flower you are looking for grows not in the springs that you know, but in a secret spring that I know located inside a mountain.” said Alucient.
We ran for at least half an hour more before we came to a canyon.
“Do you trust me?” he asked as we were approaching the canyon ledge rapidly.
“Yes.” I whispered as worried as I felt.
I held onto him tighter and closed my eyes as he jumped. I felt lightweight.
“Hold on!” he said.
After a minute, I was thrown off of him, and hit the ground with a rolling stop.
I opened my eyes and saw Alucient hit the ground sliding over to me, and then loomed over me concerned.
“You alright? I should have mentioned that it would be easier to land with your eyes open.” said Alucient.
“That’s alright.” I said as he helped me up.
We walked further into the cave and stopped in a huge cavern, where there was no ceiling, and the sun shone brightly.
The walls were covered in shimmering crystal shards and there was a lake with an island in the center of it, and around the lake were underground springs.
“It’s beautiful.” I said.
“It is. Get into the spring and I’ll retrieve my cousin.” he said.
“What about my clothes?” I asked.
“Here. Put on this spring robe. I thought you might need it. I’ll be back in a few minutes, so change and relax, okay?” he asked.
“Okay.” I smiled looking away.
He came up to me.
“Don’t run off.” he said turning my face towards his.
He kissed my forehead before leaving.
I put on the robe first, then took off my clothes and laid them beside the spring.
I walked into the boiling, therapeutic water and sat down. I smiled and laid back closing my eyes.
The pain in my body stung me, but the water made me forget about it soon enough.

Alucient: As I reached the Island, I noticed a figure lurking in the shadows. I followed it until it stopped at the special rose bushes.
“Are you Zalon?” I asked skeptically.
The figure turned and stepped into the light.
“Well if it isn’t my dear cousin Alucient? What are you doing here?” asked the figure.
“Zalon, my fr-wife, needs your help or she will die.” I said choosing my words carefully.
Zalon was choosy of who he helped, and wouldn’t help anyone outside the family without a cost. Lying or bargaining was the only way, and bargaining for the Chosen One, well, it wasn’t a good idea at all. It was the worst.
“Hmmm…really? Where is she, what happened?” asked Zalon.
I explained to him of the vile and about the portal incident. Throughout the conversation, he would nod or be in thought.
“Alright. Let me examine her then, I’ll be able to know the results for a possible solution afterwards.” said Zalon daydreaming.
“Such a demented idiot!” I shouted smacking him across the face.
“What? Alright, fine. No funny business, I get it. I’ll just go the old fashioned way. I’ll just use telekinesis and the diagnosis stone if you’re lucky.” he said.
“Thank you Zalon.” I said.
We walked back to the spring where Lynn laid, nearly asleep in the warm water.
“Um…Lynn? This is my cousin Zalon. He’s here to check your vital signs. Has the water helped ease your pain some?” I asked.
She sat up slowly.
“Yes, it has.” she said.
“Hmm…are you sure she isn’t who I think she is? She’s so…delicate.” said Zalon entering the spring, putting his hands on the side of Lynn’s face, and tilting her head from side to side.
“Leave irrelevant questions for later. I just want to make sure she won’t die on me.” I said.
Lynn’s eyes grew wider with shock.
“Thanks for your support Sir Alucient.” I said sarcastically.
“He didn’t mean it. He loves you, and I can see why.” said Zalon getting closer to her face.
I became flustered, and pulled him back a little, before smacking him in the back of his head.
“Hey! What was that for?!” he asked.
“What did I say about irrelevant thoughts?” I asked.
“Nothing, you said irrelevant questions.” he retorted.
What an idiot! I didn’t want her to know just yet! I was going to wait until I proposed way in the future! Family…sometimes.
Zalon checked her pulse and temperature before taking out a diagnosis stone, or a flat diamond and mirror ore with the ability to change color depending on what their symptoms show. The more vibrant the color, the better off they would be. Dull or black meant possible death.
He held it and refracted the light to her body, and the color of her skin was an average purple.
Zalon looked to me and back to Lynn.
“It’s spreading rapidly. The only way we can stop it is if we can suck out the venom, but you would have to be a vampire for that. The other option is Hirachigo.” he said.
I couldn’t lose her to Hirachigo. Not again; not ever.
“We can’t give in! Try harder.” I said.
“I’m sorry Alucient, but only the Chosen One and Hirachigo, can purify the venom. It would be difficult even for the Chosen One, since she hasn’t developed her powers yet.” winked Zalon at me.
“How did you?-”
“-Easy enough. It’s her presence that convinced me. I looked into her eyes and saw it. She’s as plain as an open book. If you don’t want people to know her existence and the fact that she isn’t married, then control her emotions and how people see her.” said Zalon.
“How do you know she isn’t?” I asked.
“Married? Ha ha, there are many physical and emotional ways of dealing with this. I thank your answer and the diagnosis stone; which could tell me if she was pregnant, and she’s not.” he said smiling impishly.
“You’re such a-”
“-HEY! Stop it! Just tell me what’s going to happen. What about the rose for my friend? I didn’t come out here just to get kidnapped you know!?” she said impatiently.
“Ouch, that’s wrong.” said Zalon trying not to laugh.
“Listen, you weren’t kidnapped! You came here out of your own free will, I admit I did influence the following situations in some way, shape, or form, but if you don’t want to die, you have to be patient! I’ve already got the rose, so as soon as we can get you to a stable condition you can leave as easily as you came; so you can live and humanity dies! Got it!?” said Alucient annoyed.
“Double ouch! That’s a burn!” said Zalon enjoying the situation.
“Will you shut up!?” asked Lynn and I simultaneously.
“You know what? I’ve tried. You are going to Hirachigo!” I said.
“Fine! If it only makes you stronger on the inside, then I’ll go!” she said.
I nodded to Zalon. Lynn looked at us confused.
“Go to the center of the island where the rose bushes are. He’ll come find you.” said Zalon.
Lynn’s mouth dropped slightly as if we were pretending to be serious, but we weren’t.
She got up slowly and walked to my side, facing the island as I faced the opposite way. We didn’t turn our heads to each other.
“I just wanted to say. I always thought you were different. Even in the short time I’ve gotten to know you. I was happy. I forgot many of my worries too. You were special to me. I thought I was looking for someone like you. I thought you were looking for someone like me too. I wanted to be that someone, but I guess I was wrong. Goodbye, Alucient.” she said trying to keep a steady voice.
She looked down and walked away with tears in her eyes.
I clenched my fists tightly together shaking from shock and anger. I looked down, my eyes blinking fast from confusion. My mouth was agape, and I felt a tear shed from my eyes. I wiped it with my hand and looked at it.
I must have really cared for her to show emotion like this, and in front of Zalon too.
I closed my eyes and had a hateful glare on my face, grinding my teeth together as if my heart shattered into millions of tiny worthless tiles, but those tiles were what made me live. She was what kept them together, and I was just going to let her walk away? I couldn’t! The problem was, if I chased after her now, would I hurt her more? Especially in this untamed fury.
“Alucient?” asked Zalon looking sympathetic, yet as if I was stupid too.
I looked to him, trembling with rage.
“Easy. Before you become reckless, just think of how the situation is right now. Do you want her or not?” asked Zalon.
“The question is, if I go after her, will it only cause more pain between us, than my selfish heart has caused her?” I asked angrily.
“Is it worth it?” he asked.
I looked back, and she was gone.
“If she goes with Hirachigo, the world will end. I won’t let that happen, whether we are together or not. It’s her decision. The only thing I owe her, is the rose and a safe return to her family, which is exactly what I’m going to do.” I said.

Lynn: As I approached the black rose gardens, my heart only ached. Maybe it was for the best. He didn’t even try to stop me. Only someone who truly cared would stop me. Well, he did say the only way I would live was through Hirachigo. Who knows, but either way, I’m emotionally hurt inside.
I sat down in a small opening, surrounded by black roses. I laid down on my side and closed my eyes. Even my tears kept going, no matter how much I kept them back.
“Lynn…” said a voice.
“huh?” I asked opening my eyes and sitting up.
“…Lynn…” I heard it call again.
“Whose there?” I asked.
There was total silence, and I reached for my dagger under my clothes. Before I touched it, it disappeared, and I felt cold breathing over my shoulder from behind me, making the skin on my neck crawl.
“…Lynn. I found you. Don’t scream if you want to live.” said the voice putting the dagger to my body with the other hand holding a cloth over my mouth.
I wanted to scream badly, for the sake that if Alucient or Zalon was there, to come help me. I guess I was out of luck, so I gave up.
I grew limp.
“That’s a good girl. Now come with me.” said the voice.
As soon as I turned around, I was knocked out.

Alucient: I ran as fast as I could to the Island, but when I got there, all that was left, was a white cloth. I picked it up and got the scent. It was of Lynn. Something was wrong, and I knew who it was. Hirachigo was here. Just now, but where?
Suddenly, Zalon appeared.
“Alucient? I know where they are headed, and it isn’t to his castle.” said Zalon.
“Then where?” I asked.
He looked away, and then back to me.
My eyes grew wide with fright.
He couldn’t take her there? Could he?

Lynn: I woke up to a strong cool breeze chilling my body. I couldn’t move my arms or legs either. The atmosphere was thin.
I opened my eyes, on my back, facing the sky.
“Don’t tell me that we are on a mountain.” I said.
Hirachigo appeared.
“Experiencing Acrophobia? Actually, we on a huge flying rock formation above the ocean. We are headed for a remote location right now, but before we get there, I’ve got to heal the poison in your body. It’s as simple as braiding your hair.” said Hirachigo looming over me.
“How?” I asked.
“As barbaric, or vampire-like as it seems, I must slit the side of your neck as thin as a paper cut, and drink your blood, taking back the venom and restoring your blood with minor side effects. There may be a lot of blood, passing out, or that I could release a demon gene into your bloodstream.” said Hirachigo.
“Do your worst. It’s not like Alucient wants to save me.” I said sadly.
“More than you know, but if you are giving up on him, then don’t worry of what happens next. I will say, that when I’ve performed this in the past, women have enjoyed it. That is, if you don’t have a fear of bleeding or a hot burning sensation.” said Hirachigo.
“What makes you think I will want to go out with you?” I asked.
“If by chance you do inherit my demon gene, you will be as loyal to me as Alucient was to you. You won’t leave me, and you’ll remember what happened to our past in Theora town.” said Hirachigo.
“Theora town? What are you talking about?” I asked confused.
“Stand up.” he said.
Suddenly, he used his powers to free me.
“Do you want to know?” he asked.
“Of course.” I said standing beside him as we faced the vast horizon.
“Then I must take away the venom. Do you trust me?” he asked.
“I have no reason not to right now.” I said.
“Listen, you may or may not pass out, but if anything, you’ll feel extremely dizzy.” said Hirachigo as he stood behind me and pulled me close to him by my waist.
“Alright.” I said looking away, thinking about Alucient.
He gently brushed the strands of my hair away from my neck, that weren’t already blown away by the wind. The feeling of everything in slow motion came over me, and I felt weaker knowing I couldn’t do anything to save myself.
He lifted his mask just above his mouth, but his true face was still concealed. He tilted my head sideways and put his right arm over my chest holding a sharp black crystal shard, like an igneous rock, securing my left arm. His left arm rested around in front, on the right side of my waist.
I felt his cool breath against my skin, sending erotic chills up my spine from the adrenaline that ran through my body rapidly.
Then, I closed my eyes.
“I’m ready.” I said slightly shaky.
Suddenly, he slowly cut open the side of my neck, as blood dripped from the wound. I looked up to the sky, grinding my teeth together, yet I knew this was just the beginning. Then, my vision grew blurry as I felt the strike of Hirachigo’s teeth piercing my open flesh. It was more like fangs and a straw drinking my life away.
“Everything…is slipping…away from me…” I said.
The burning in my veins became even more overwhelming, and at the same time, it was disappearing too. I was experiencing peace in my mind as my body was in war.
A minute passed before he stopped, and I felt limp. Blood stains were all over us.
“I’m going to fall.” I said.
He caught me as I began to stumble.
“This wound is not like any other wound. I have to seal it with my powers, leaving you with the mark for the rest of eternity etched into you permanently. If not, you will bleed to death.” said Hirachigo as he laid me down on the ground and turned the wound to him.
He rested his hand on it and I felt as if I were being branded. The wound was glowing purple, and had left a tattoo of a strange symbol in it’s place.
“The demon gene may be in your blood. If so, are you willing to stay with me?” he asked.
“Never.” I said smiling with an exhausted, but determined look on my face.
“I look forward to your challenge then. Get some rest. We won’t be there for a while. Sweet dreams Lynn.” said Hirachigo.
I closed my eyes until I passed out.
Everything was dark, until light shown on the area around me.
“Hirachigo?” I asked.
Where was I? Was this real? Why was I in a town made of crystal buildings, some as tall or even taller than the largest skyscrapers.
The sky was pitch black, surrounded by so many stars I had never noticed, and three moons were in different orbits in the sky. It was so mysterious. Everyone in the town were dressed in futuristic, yet medieval based outfits.
One villager caught my eye, and was wearing the same robe and cloak as Hirachigo. He was riding rapidly to the far reaches of the town, close to a castle.
Quickly, I followed the figure, just barely able to keep up with him, until he stopped at a lake covered in pink fog.
He dismounted his horse and bowed to a figure.
I stood behind brush, watching what was happening.
“My dearest, I came as soon as I heard. Are you alright?” asked Hirachigo.
The figure took off her red cloak, revealing her true nature. I gasped at the sight of her. She was me.
Then, I realized I was in Theora town.
“The royal council wants me to bring out my powers on the ceremony of New Birth. It will change my appearance to that of the true Chosen One, as I am of course. Plus, they say I am not to be married as long as my duty as Chosen One resides. I’m sorry Yunji.” said the figure of me.
The cloaked Hirachigo revealed his true self also. To my surprise, he was human. He had copper hair with blood red streaks, and black eyes. Was it really him?
“That shall not stop me from chasing after you. I will make you a proud husband one day. I promise you that, no matter when or where, my love.” said the figure of Hirachigo.
“Yunji, please don’t make this more difficult than this already is. You won’t like my new appearance either. I will look like-”
“-do you honestly think that’s what matters? Darling, you turn me on like a flame in the candlelight. I burn brightest with you. I could care less about your looks. It’s what your true nature has led me on to, that I love about you. I won’t give up. Let me show you how I feel again. Do you need more convincing?” he asked.
“At this rate I will be with child before marriage if you go on with it again. Then how will my people see me? I have to be the leader here. I’m sorry-”
“-No! Please my dear-” he said pulling the figure of me close and leaned in for a kiss.
“-Yunji!-” she said, but was interrupted by the kiss, which actually calmed her down, and she seemed to melt into it.
When they stopped, he led her underneath a tree nearby and she sat on his lap, as he leaned back against the tree.
“Sweetheart, I can’t stay long. I came here to give you the information, that was all. What if we get caught? Then, as punishment, you would be sentenced to eternal torture, and I locked away forever, if not dead. I couldn’t stand you to be in a predicament like that.” said the girl.
“I won’t let them take you away from me. Not even for that war.” said Yunji.
“Don’t be so selfish. The people should come first.” said the girl.
“Princess Lynnah, please stop acting so formal. If the people come before us, then may I be one of those commoners begging you to take me on in your life. Even just to be selfless in your eyes. What do I have to do to deserve you?” asked Yunji annoyed.
“Is that a challenge?” she asked.
“If winning your heart is the crown jewel, let me storm the castle walls of your mind, so that I may wear you proudly, my shining goddess.” said Yunji.
Suddenly, I heard a stampede from behind, so I climbed up into the tree and hid among the branches, watching the situation below.
“Quick! Hide! I hear them coming for me!” she said.
“No! We will run no longer.” he said standing in front of her, as guards surrounded us, mounted on black horses in their shining gold armor.
“Release her royal highness immediately!” said the main guard.
“I’m not captured!” she said.
“She’s staying out a little longer today boys. Run along now.” said Yunji.
“You dare defy the royal elite guard?” said the main guard.
“You dare question me sir? I will one day be in charge of you, so you better-”
“-Stop this Yunji! You’ll only provoke their anger! I’ll see you when I am allowed to come out again.” said Lynnah.
“Let me bestow, but one kiss upon you, and I will stop.” he said grabbing her wrist before she could leave.
“Alright.” she said.
They leaned in, for the kiss, but before their lips could touch, she was pulled onto a horse, and a guard hit him in the head from behind. He fell to the ground, knocked out.
“NO!!! How dare you!?!” yelled Lynnah angrily as she struggled to get away.
“You shall be punished for kissing a commoner.” said the main guard.
“He is a knight! From a kingdom only forty miles from here.” she said.
“Why are you doing this? What do you want from me?” she turned around whispering into his ear.
“More than you know princess. I want you, and I will be king.” said the main guard.
“Monster!” she said looking away with tears in her eyes.
Everything began to fade away.
I woke up on the side of a fountain, dressed in a pink and white pleated, floor-length dress, that had a heart shaped V-neck and had spaghetti straps. My hair was half up and half down in a magenta bow, and I was wearing a red choker with diamonds hanging from it. I also had a soft translucent pale pink shawl wrapped around me, and was wearing a red hooded cloak.
“Oh…where am I? Why do I look so familiar?” I asked.
There was no answer.
There were crystal buildings around me, only this time, half of them were in ruins. Everything was a mess.
“This can’t be Theora town, can it?” I asked myself.
I ran up the road to the same lake that was in my dream, with the pink fog.
“Hirachigo?” I called, but there was no answer.
I walked over to the tree from my dream and put my hand on the bark of the trunk.
“Yunji?” I called closing my eyes.
I heard footsteps from behind me, and felt a gentle touch from a figure’s hands resting lightly on my shoulders.
I opened my eyes and turned around to the cloaked Hirachigo.
“You’ve awoken darling.” said Hirachigo.
“Are you truly human underneath?” I asked.
“If you want to see my real form, you have to follow me to complete the ceremony. I need your help. You have to be there.” said Hirachigo.
“What are you going to do?” I asked.
“It’s the simple process of removing a curse, now that I have your blood in my body and my demon gene in you. That will let me be able to transform into what I once was. That man from your dreams. Only, the feelings may or may not be there.” said Hirachigo.

Alucient: I followed Zalon to what seemed to be a town in ruins, through one of my portals.
“Welcome to our home.” said Zalon.
“I don’t know what you are talking about.” I said confused.
“More than you know. We may be cousins, but deep down, we all have been reincarnated from this past world. Only you can remember your destiny from the past. I know mine.” said Zalon darkly.
“Who were you?” I asked.
“No one of concern at the moment. When I think you are ready, I’ll tell you.” he said in a cold, yet calm tone.
I backed off a little.
We continued through the town. Everything was in shambles. Some buildings were just barely in tact.
“Where are we going?” I asked.
“To the castle, to find who we are all looking for. Our princess.” said Zalon.

Lynn: We arrived at the throne room in the old castle.
“Yunji? Why are we here?” I asked.
“You don’t know who you were?” he asked.
“I do know who I was. It’s just I have no idea what’s going on.” I said.
“My dearest Lynnah, don’t worry yourself. Just imagine how happy you will be once you realize why you are the Chosen One.”
We stopped in the center of the room and faced each other.
“What I am about to do is risky, so be prepared for any misfortune, alright?” he asked.
I nodded, still doubtful.
Suddenly, the room grew cold, and the flames from nearby torches began to dim as a huge symbol, very detailed, covered the floor around us, like a monogram of some sort, that began to glow a vibrant purple. A rapid mist rose from it and swirled to the ceiling, revealing a portal above us, spinning counter clockwise of the wind.
“Yunji?” I asked.
“Release me Lynn, bring Yunji back into me, give me a reason to make him come back to me! Relieve me of this scar my love!” said Hirachigo through a slightly warped voice.
“Hirachigo, what am I to do?” I asked.
“Believe! Use your powers to undo this curse! You know how!” he said.
My powers? The telepathic feelings and telekinetic powers I’ve had since I was little? The one’s that my parents tried to hide, deriving me of my potential, thinking of me as a nobody? Could they be amped? Could I really reanimate the true Yunji that died centuries ago? All of this sent me into a shock.
“NOW LYNNAH!!! HURRY!!!” he shouted as everything grew stronger and his body began to glow the same purple.
“Come back to me Yunji! I command you!” I yelled holding onto him tightly and focusing my powers on him.
Everything became worse. The whole castle began to shake, and the purple light began to swallow me too.
“YUNJI!!! I set you free!!! I need you! Lynnah loves you!!!” I yelled as everything began to fall apart and the roaring of the portal intensified.
Then, everything grew silent, and seemed as if time had paused, and indeed it had.
I opened my eyes.
Hirachigo disintegrated into dust, and from the dust, changed to a purple, it began to form a new body. The body of Yunji. The one from my dream.
When the glowing stopped, he smiled.
“Are you Lynnah, the Chosen One, or Lynn the human girl?” he asked.
“I am one in the same. I do not possess the spirit of Lynnah, the true Lynnah. Only her powers, for I am just Lynn.” I said.
“You do. I feel her trapped inside you. She’s withering away, trying to get out, but you keep her in, afraid she will take over because she can’t control her powers.” said Yunji.
“I can too!” I snapped.
“Sorry Lynnah.” said Yunji.
“It’s alright sweetheart.” my voice changed to that of a soft bell, like the Lynnah from my dream.
“So you have let her out, or she can, right?” asked Yunji.
“It’s difficult living two lives you know.” I said in Lynnah’s voice.
“What do you use Lynnah for then?” asked Yunji.
“Everything Lynn is afraid of. Without me to guide her, she would be lost. Her friends, her family, even her education she had. It has all been me.” said the voice of Lynnah through me.
“Lynn, is this true?” he asked.
“How are you doing this?” I asked in my normal voice.
“I’m not, you are. It’s part of your powers. Bringing me back, brought her out to where you notice her now. She’s been controlling you for quite some time.” said Yunji.
“I let her do that. I think it’s only fair if she’s trapped within me, to let her live with me too.” I said.
“Well, that’s a nice thing to do, but you do realize, as the Chosen One, you will have to have your body split.” said Yunji.
“What!?” I asked frightened.
“Not to worry. You have to let either you or Lynnah have full control of your body. The one controlling it will die and be released, the other shall live on in that body of yours. Once we find him.” said Yunji.
“Whose he?” I asked.
“LYNN!?!” we heard a distant voice shouting.
“I almost forgot. Time has sped up in their eyes. We have slowed. Alucient and Zalon are here. We better go back. Just remember. You can control who you can let show.” said Yunji.
I felt as if I were flung back at full force, as time returned to normal.
“Lynn? Are you alright?” asked Alucient appearing by my side.
I opened my eyes as he loomed over me concerned.
“Nice work Yunji. You have done well. I will give you orders in a while. I want to see where this goes.” said Zalon in a hushed tone.
“Yes Master.” said Yunji.
“Did he hurt you?” asked Alucient.
“You hurt Lynn.” said Lynnah through me.
“What are you talking about?” asked Alucient.
“You know very well what you’ve done young man! I demand you give her an appropriate apology henceforth.” said Lynnah.
“The Chosen One is talking through her. She and Lynn are in the same body, only now since she has healed me, has she gained the ability to use her powers more, and contact Lynnah when she needs her, or when she wants Lynnah to live a little more. In your case, Lynn is upset, so Lynnah is vouching for her. Good luck with my past life almost wife.” said Yunji.
“I heard that boy! How dare you speak to me in that tone? You love me too much to hurt me, but this is about Lynn. Well?” said Lynnah, then turned to Alucient.
“I’m truly sorry…Lynn…for hurting you earlier. I do care about you…sort of…okay a lot…it’s just-forget it! I promised to return you home, and there we shall venture to, so let’s go.” he said helping me up and dragging me away.
“No! I want to find out more about my powers!” I said in my normal voice.
“I promised to take you home with that stupid flower so let’s go. You shouldn’t have been this far in this mess. I have to find Hirachigo anyways.” said Alucient.
“I’m right here. Well, he used to be me, before I took over his reincarnated, cursed form of me.” said Yunji.
“What?” asked Alucient unconvinced.
“Do you want your immortality temporary or permanent? Do you want your Mia or not?” asked Yunji.
“You can’t bring her back! Even I know that! You destroyed her!” said Alucient.
“I can if you want. For real this time. No jokes. Just you and your Mia, with immortality, and all you have to do is leave Lynn with me.” said Yunji.
“Why should I?” asked Alucient.
“Because we belong together.” said Yunji.
“Only the part of Lynnah belongs to you. I fell in love with Lynn.” said Alucient.
“Really?” asked Yunji skeptical.
“If you want her so bad, then find her in the human world. There, you will have to find her, that is if I make her reborn by converting her powers with mine again.” said Alucient.
Yunji became shocked.
“You did this to her? You sealed my precious darling away, didn’t you? You’re the-”
Before he finished his sentence, I blacked out.
I opened my eyes and realized I was in the dream back at Theora town where I left off, only this time, I was in the castle, watching Lynnah appear to a king in the throne room of the castle.
“Lynnah?” asked the King.
“Father they-”
“-she kissed a commoner sir. A mere boy for that matter.” said the main guard.
“Is this true daughter?” asked the king astonished.
“He was a knight from a kingdom not far from here. We’ve known each other a while now. Is it wrong to love?” asked Lynnah.
“Show some backbone for your people! You are the Chosen One. Love doesn’t apply to you until this world is safe once more! I don’t want to see you with this commoner of a knight near you. You need no protection, for you are safe as it is. The only protection you need is the army protecting the castle with you inside it.” said the King.
“Father! I won’t do that to Yunji! You must find somewhere in your heart the generosity to let this be?” said Lynnah.
“NIGH! No daughter of mine shall be married to a commoner!” said the King.
“He’s a knight! He is of noble stature!” shouted Lynnah.
“Not of noble birth my dear.” said the main guard.
Lynnah turned to him with tears of rage gleaming in her eyes.
“Does that have to be final? I don’t care if he isn’t of noble birth! I want him! He wants me! If you can’t deal with this matter, I shall only pity your betrayal for your daughter than of a princess!” said Lynnah turning away from the King and the main guard.
“Sir Soan, you and the guards take this ungrateful imp to her room and make sure no one gets in or out! If she does escape, take her to the AP unit.” said the king angrily.
“Yes your highness.” said Soan.
“If I am as crazy as you say, then let me be normal by announcing your marriage to Sir Soan tonight!” said the king more calmly.
Lynnah turned around.
“Father! How could you!?” she asked.
“Show some respect to your future husband. Now maybe some rest will clear your mind of this nonsense.” said the king as Lynnah was taken away.
I followed Lynnah to the bedroom, where only she and Soan were alone.
“Don’t try to hold me back! You know that I will escape! This kingdom belongs to Yunji!” Lynnah said upset.
“Do you even know who he really is? Do you know what he is planning to do with you?” asked Soan.
“To marry me! He wants to be normal like me!” said Lynnah.
“He’s of a shadow clan in another dimension. He works for Nolaz the master of destruction. You are the most powerful and secret weapon in the dimension or even universe besides him. He was trying to absorb your powers by killing you. It was Yunji’s job to take you to him. Do you want to die? Do you want our dimension to be destroyed? If so, keep loving him. The closer you are to him, the easier it will be to take you. Got it?” asked Soan.
“Take off your helmet in the presence of a woman. At least if you truly love me, out of the kindness of your heart, please pay me with respect.” said Lynnah slightly annoyed.
Soan took off his helmet, and to my surprise, it was Alucient. How was it possible!?
“If you do try to escape, then I have no choice but to keep you from Yunji, by any means possible. Even if it means loving you in a different time. I will find you and treat you the way you deserve to be treated. Please don’t do this Lynnah.“ said Soan.
“I’m sorry Soan, but I must at least tell him what is happening.“ she said.
“It’s too dangerous now. He’ll take you next time. I can feel it.“ said Soan.
Lynnah jumped from the balcony, and used her powers to gently land on the ground below.
I followed Soan who swiftly chased after her. I was right behind him when he stopped.
We were back at the lake again.
Yunji stood up and embraced Lynnah as she jumped into his arms.
“Please forgive me!“ she whispered.
“What’s happened to make you feel so sad?“ asked Yunji.
“I’m to be married to the guard that took me away. Soan. My father is to announce it tonight.“ she said unhappily.
“Then we must escape. I know of but one place I can take you. You have to trust me darling.“ said Yunji.
“Always, for in the end, my heart belongs to you my love.“ said Lynnah.
Suddenly, Soan shot Yunji with a crossbow to the arm.
He let out a yelp and angrily turned to Soan who was charging straight for him.
Lynnah used her powers to create a shield to protect Yunji from the crossbow arrows.
Soan dropped the crossbow and flung out his sword, knocking out Lynnah with the hilt to the back of the head.
I gasped.
The fight continued and got worse. The tables had turned, and Yunji almost made the final blow, when Soan struck back, throwing Yunji back against a tree, causing him to be dazed.
He gathered Lynnah into his arms, and rushed back to the castle.
Once again, I followed them, all the way to the royal gardens.
Soan laid Lynnah down in the flowers in the center of it, and got on his knees beside her.
“Forgive me my dear, but this is for the best. I won’t let you die. If I must, I will take your place for now, until you have grown up once more.“ he said taking her hands in his. A gold light appeared around them.
“Let our powers converge as one!“ he shouted as a portal appeared from above him. Gold lightning bolts hit them.
“I shall be in control! Change her back to a newborn in a new dimension at a new time. Let her live life, and until my last breath I shall search for her, taking her place as Chosen One temporarily. Let this be now!“ shouted Soan.
Tears started to flow down my face.
Everything began to glow a bright white, and Lynnah disappeared into the portal. Everything was back to normal.
“I’m so sorry to hurt you. I hope one day I can tell you what happened, hoping you will forgive me. I can’t let you die here and now. I will preserve you for as long as I can, until it is safe once more.“ whispered Soan.
Suddenly, Yunji appeared.
“Where is LYNNAH!!!“ he shouted in a nightmarish voice.
“She was reborn. I warned her. I said I wouldn’t go back on my word.“ said Soan.
“I shall punish you!!! You won’t live another day as long as I’m here.“ said Yunji enraged.
“Before you do that, you don’t know where she is, and I’m the only one who can find her now. Unfortunately, I don’t cooperate with evil, and I don’t have immortality, so it looks like you are out of luck.“ smiled Soan darkly.
It was a dream after all.
Everything began to fade away.
I woke up.
“NO! Please don’t do it! Not again! NOT AGAIN!!!” I shouted hurt.
I was lying in Alucient’s arms.
“What are you talking about?” he asked.
“Don’t make me reborn again please, Soan!” I begged holding onto him tightly.
“W-What did you c-call me???” he stuttered.
“Soan…I won’t go with Yunji, just please don’t do this! I like my life the way it is. My friends and family need me!” I said.
“Lynn, we’re here. You’re neighborhood if I’m correct on your thoughts.” said Alucient.
“W-What!?” I shouted confused.
“I won’t let you get hurt because of me. You almost did last time, that’s why I had to let you go onto being reborn. I’m happy I chose to do so. Until it’s safe, I don’t want you near the castle.” said Alucient.
“A-Alucient??? NO!!!” I cried into his chest.
Shocked he looked over to me.
“Please don’t cry.” he asked as he stood me up and tilted my face towards him.
“I’m the Chosen One. I need you. Please don’t go.” I said.
“I don’t think I can do that.” said Alucient.
“Why not? You could keep a watch for me at school and at home by acting as one of the students. Just transfer in tomorrow, please? I need you Alucient. I feel safer near you than I do alone, secluded from everyone.” I said.
“You won’t give up, will you?” he asked.
“I would never…for you.” I said.
He smiled looking away.
“If things get to hectic, then I’ll just visit, but what the heck, I’m in.” said Alucient.
Happily, I jumped up in his arms and kissed him on the cheek. At the last second, he turned his face and kissed me on the lips, and caught me in a dip, still savoring the moment.
I began to blush through the kiss, which turned into a light make out. Which lasted about ten seconds.
“Well, um, yeah…About your parents and friends, I used a charm to make them think your little evening walk, was actually a week stay at a college campus, and that you would be returning tonight after a ball. So yeah. Plus, they know about me too.” said Alucient.
“Wow. I owe you so much.” I said smiling.
“Tomorrow morning, we can take your friend the rose at your school.” said Alucient.
“Yeah, and I may have a surprise for you. You see-”
“-tell me later, we should go see your family. Remember?” asked Alucient.
“Of course…” I said.
I just remembered my best friend resembled his Mia. I guess I was jealous and didn’t realize it until now. I hope he will still love me.

Alucient: Lynn led me to a two-story house on the street of Helios. We walked up the big front porch of the Victorian-style house.
She knocked on the front door, and we were greeted by two parents and two siblings.
They embraced her and I smiled. When she held onto her siblings it reminded me of my dream, of having a family and wanting to spend the rest of my life with her.
“Alucient?” she asked.
“Sorry, I must have dazed. It’s just been a while since I’ve been out here and all. It’s like an entire new experience.” I covered up.
“It’s alright. You remember Daega and Zuni, right?” she asked.
“Yeah, nice to see you again Ms. Daega.” I said kissing the hand of a ten year-old girl with black hair and blue eyes.
“And Ms. Zuni of course.” I said kneeling down to the four-year-old girl with curly brown hair and green eyes.
I kissed her hand too, and she giggled.
I stood up and Lynn brought me over to her parents.
“You remember my parents too, right?” she asked.
“Mr. and Mrs. Kaiya, good evening. How are you all this fine night?” I charmed them.
“Very well, thank you Alucient. It’s nice to see you again.” said her mother.
“Yes, yes, come on in and make yourself welcome.” said Mr. Kaiya shaking
