All About Me

xXXxHello everybody, my name is Selene. I'm eighteen and I like music, writing, drawing, singing, and role-playing. Well I should probably tell you a bit about my personality so you can better understand me. I’m usually pretty calm and laid back and I’m fairly hard to anger. I am also a person who enjoys having my own space to myself, I don’t always enjoy having people around me, because alone time is pretty awesome. If you get to know me you will probably find that I can be a little snappy at times, if someone acted stupid around me that would be why. I can’t stand people who are purposely stupid because they think it is funny and I cannot stand people who think they know everything about the whole universe. I’m sorry, but you don’t know everything and can be proven wrong. If you anger me your best bet is to say you are sorry and then back off and leave me along for a while. If I do anything that angers you or annoys you don’t be afraid to tell me, if someone tells me what I’m doing bothers them then I usually stop unless it is over something really… well dumb. Despite what I have already written I’m a pretty friendly person and talk to just about everyone as long as they are willing to give me a chance, I’m willing to give them a chance… Hopefully I haven’t already scared you away. I almost think I stated more of my bad qualities than anything else… 0.0U [/sighs]

xXXxWell… I have two pets which are a Chihuahua named Beatrice, and a paint horse named Laredo. I have many other animals around me, but I'm not going to name them, because they don't belong to me. If you want to know where I live that’s simple it’s in the United States, on the planet Earth, in the Milky Way Galaxy.

xXXxI figure I might as well state this right away so I don't have to deal with five million friends request. Okay, now to those people out there who want to be my friend you have to get to know me first I don't just add people out of the blue. Now I've had to deal a lot with the question of do you want to be my girlfriend, I'm sorry guys but I will not be your girlfriend no matter how many times you ask me, and pleading with me just makes me angry. I do not, and I repeat do not appreciate inappropriate comments, jokes, or anything else like that… they make me really angry and often times if you say something inappropriate to me I block you or I report you. Oh and for the record the next guy who asks me do you want to **** is getting reported. As I stated above inappropriate comments get you no where other then on my ignored list.

xXXxOkay, one more thing to get rid of so I don’t have to say it a million times is I really don’t like text talk at all. Not only is it fairly pointless, but it is very confusing and hard to read for me. I don’t understand how hard it could be to write out everything in sentences. Trust me people it’s not as hard as some of you out there think it is. I’m sorry, but I would like to request that if you are a text talker, that you would refrain from doing any around me. I have a hard time reading it and I don’t understand half of it at all, that and it gives me headaches. Please and Thank you.

xXXxOkay, now that I’ve gotten rid of those dreadful subjects let’s move on to happier ones… Well I guess one of the many things you should know about me is that I love music. I practice singing quite a bit, and I’m actually in the A Cappella choir at my school. Not only do I sing at school I also practice singing around my home, whether it’s while I’m doing something else like homework or writing, or I’m not. I just sing because I enjoy it and often times you find me wandering around just singing something totally random, I’ve made my friends laugh quite a few times with some of the things I end up singing. ^^ Well, some of the bands and singers I sing with in my spare time are Within Temptation, Nightwish, Delain, Evanescence, Slipping Tongue, and We Are the Fallen. Keep in mind that those are only a few I like a lot more singers then just them.

xXXxI do roleplay quite a bit, but lately I haven’t been having good luck in finding good roleplays. I am not very good at cannon’s at all unless you need a Lulu for Final Fantasy X, I roleplay her really well or so I’ve been told by people. I would like to try roleplaying Fang from Final Fantasy XIII sometime though. What I lack for in ability with cannon’s I make up for with original characters I do very well creating my own characters and roleplaying them if given the proper chance. Okay, if you want to know how literate I am, I am somewhere between Semi-Literate to Literate I think I’m leaning more towards Literate now, but I could still use a lot of practice. Just to let people know ahead of time I do not own a computer that has spell-check. My computer doesn’t have it at all so my grammar and spelling you see throughout this horrible thing about me is all my own. Hopefully I’m not doing too bad. ^^

xXXxTo practice my writing I don’t only roleplay, but I write stories and poetry. Out of the two my stories are definitely better, I have some of my stuff in my journal and I plan to add more eventually. I am currently working on a story myself, and on top of that I’m working on a Manga with my friend Jun, it’s in the process of being made we have quite a bit of it planned out and she has started the sketching.

xXXxAs far as manga goes, yes I do like it. I actually like it quite a bit, but even I get a little tired of it everyonce in a while. In any case some of my favorites are Heart no Kuni no Alice, Umineko no Naku Koro Ni, Shugo Chara, Crimson Shell, Pandora Hearts, and Dream Catchers. I also like regular books too, and I tend to read them more the manga in any case some of my favorite books are Fallen – Lauren Kate, Peeps – Scott Westerfield, The Last Days – Scott Westerfield, and the Harry Potter Series.

xXXxDo I play video games? Of course I do! ^0^ Some of my favorites are Final Fantasy X, Odin Sphere, Final Fantasy XIII, Oblivion, Umineko no Naku Koro Ni Visual Novel, and American Mcgee’s Alice. My top favorites out of those would be Final Fantasy X and American Mcgee’s Alice.

xXXxWell if I didn’t manage to scare you away and you have read all of this thanks for taking the time. ^^ I may seem scary because of some of the comments I’ve made throughout writing this but I promise I don’t bite and you can talk to me through PM’s I do take the time to answer them even if they aren’t from my friends.
