Noto is the main character of Advance! Kitakou Broadcasting Club.
Noto is usually confused for a girl for having a feminine figure and a a feminine voice as well. Adding the fact he cross dresses doesn't help.

God knows when this will be done.

To clear things up, when my post is black, it's black Noto.
When it's grey, it's white Noto.
When it's anything else, I screwed up. Orz;;

Mainly, the grey post will only be used when talking to Toyama.
