I have not dated Shinya, only worked with him a little. He is very gentle and when I worked with him, typical Japanese guy (shy, gentle and works very hard). Did you date a Japanese guy before? I dated mostly Japanese but went out with couple of US guys. US is much more forward and physical, where Japanese is more private and sweet. Even the rockers are sweet when going on a date. I think maybe Japanese guys act different with western girls but not sure (my friend told me it is true). I can understand your feeling. Maybe you can meet him and he will fall for you...it could happen!
