My life is like all that is, as it comes and goes
Perhaps the evening wind, eastward as it blows
Perhaps the summer sun, though shall I never know
Should it relate to all that hates, or shall it be misery
So long farewell, or shall it be the very gates of thee

A thunder bolt so carelessly it begins to clap along
