It'll take about a week; Hell, I even made an inquiry about something regarding subs, and I have/had one at the time of inquiry, and it still took a few days before I got a reply. Plus, they have business hours of M-F, iirc, so you probably won't receive a reply until next Wednesday, seeing as you aren't "PREMIUM AND THUS IMPORTANT BECAUSE YOU SPEND MONEY ON US" and you sent the inquiry in on Wednesday. D: Sorry man. Hopefully it'll get fixed!

You played for X TOO MANY HOURS and went to bed for the night, leaving the DS on, at the Elite Four. Never once thinking to save in the entire span of TOO MANY HOURS.
And now you're back to Nimbasa and you've lost all your Pokemon and levels, right?
