If you go to the worlds tab, there is an option to go to rally, adorned with a little checkered flag. basically a chat room except everyone can see one another's avatars ^^

welcome to gaia! I for one have started in november, so don't worry, it's easy to get used to ^^

pro tip: get up to 6,000 platinum by voting in the art arenas, once in the morning and once in the afternoon.

to get to this, go to the forums tab, and the on the right side there is an option that says art arenas. press that, then go to the art option. rate the art they show by clicking on the stars on top of the image. In the top right corner, underneath the platinum and gaia cash icons, it would say how much money you earned. Do this until it says you only have earned 1 platinum for voting in the arenas. rinse and repeat ^^
