Haha. It's all about quantity. Just a pinch more of something can completely change the way something tastes.
For example, mayonnaise. A little adds some flavor to a dish. A lot can throw the entire thing off.
And, well, I can make a variety of dishes. I'm lacking in the seafood department, though. D:

But I am one to try anything without instructions. I will get an idea in my head and just work on that idea.

I'm actually a fairly good cook. Mostly with Italian food. Pasta is my specialty. But I am also a mean pastry-man.
