Heyo, feel free to call me Yuki or Ducky

I haven't been on here in about a year, and it looks like everything on my profile needs to change :^D

I am currently a junior in high school whose hobbies include acting and drawing. I also love video games but I don't get much of a chance to play them because I don't own any consoles ):

I one day hope to do something in entertainment. May it be making storyboards for TV, doing concept designs for video games, voice act, or even make flash animations like Egoraptor or work in the animation department at Roosterteeth.

If you wanna talk, just message me or even throw a friend request my way or even message me on Tumblr, which is also spongyducky.

EVERYTHING HERE HAS CHANGED. WHEN DID THESE CUTE THINGS GET HERE yum_burger yum_donut yum_cupcake yum_hotdog yum_onigiri yum_pie yum_pizza yum_puddi yum_strawberry yum_tea yum_bacon yum_coldone yum_icecreampie yum_pumpkinpie yum_salmon yum_sausage yum_shrimp yum_strawberrypie yum_tamago yum_tuna yum_wasabipie

Serenity and Jensen sat there in the park with each other for who knows how long. They were comfortable in each others presence and were able to talk about anything and everything. Well, almost everything. Serenity wasn't sure if she was imagining it or not, but there was a slight pain coming from her ribs, from her injury. She pressed her hand to it subconsciously, attracting a look from a concerned Jensen.

"Are you alright?" He asked, worry plain in his eyes.

She chuckled bitterly. "Yeah, I'm good. There's no reason for you to worry." There was no way she was going to talk about this right now. No way she was going to slip and ruin this new friendship of hers.

They dropped the subject and soon were talking about their favorite movies, music, colors, favorite everything. Soon Serenity knew that his favorite movie is The Dark Knight Rises (total Batman nerd), he loves Harry Potter, reading in general, his favorite band is The Used, and his favorite color is orange. The two carried on like this, spouting back and forth about whatever came to mind, both content.

A buzz from her phone interrupted them, and Serenity reached into her pocket. It was from her mother.

You've been gone for hours, I think it's time to come home. He'll still be here tomorrow.

She sighed, disappointed that they had to go, but surprised that they had been gone for so long. "I guess this means our time is up for now."

Getting up to leave, Serenity ended up on the ground because of an oh-so-conveniently placed patch of ice. She looked up when she heard Jensen roar with laughter, doubled over, Grinning, she stood up and pushed him playfully. "It's not funny, you a**!" But even she had to admit it was totally funny.

When the friends had recovered enough, they headed back home, Serenity very suspicious of the snow-covered ground now.

Serenity pulled out her phone once more, not really expecting a text but just making sure, then stuffed it back into her pocket. Jensen was already outside, waiting on her. She walked up beside him, and on they walked, not even sure where they were going, and in no rush. The town was quiet, peaceful. Neither of them said anything for a while, absorbed in their own thoughts.

Still walking, Jensen finally turned toward her. "How did you know that? About the snow, I mean."

Still tucked away in her own mind, it took a few seconds for Serenity to realize he was talking to her. "Oh, I just read a lot. I memorize practically everything I read. I've always been able to." She shrugged, it was no big deal.

Soon, they came to a little park, with a set of swings, a slide, and some monkey bars. There were no people there, too busy with their everyday lives. They opened the gate, a slight squeak from the hinges disturbing the quiet. Serenity led the way to the swings and dusted off the snow before sitting on one, swaying back and forth. To her surprise, Jensen joined her on the other one.

"So," she said. "Tell me something about yourself Mr. Mysterious."

Jensen thought to himself a moment. "Well....I play guitar, if that's anything." He chuckled, slightly embarrassed to be talking about himself, as it wasn't something he usually did with anyone. "What about you Ms. Smarty-Pants? What's something else I don't know about you?"

Serenity straightened herself up, looked him in the eye, and with the most ridiculously mysterious voice she could muster, she said, "There's a lot you don't know about me."

There was dead silence for all of two seconds before they both cracked up.

Ian took Wanda's hand and stepped forward slightly. "What are we expected to do about this? We will help in any way we can of course."

Wanda pulled him back, and he could tell she was unsure of what he was saying. "Ian," she whispered. "What do you think we can do? You're sick, remember?" The look she gave him was meant to be harsh, but the fear and uncertainty she tried to mask was evident on her face, at least to him. "You better not do anything foolish and get yourself killed Ian Shade. Do you hear me? If you go and die on me, I swear, I will kill you."

He could only chuckle and hug her close, his chin resting on the top of her head. "I love you too."

Behind them, the doors burst open, and they all turned to find Harry and his two friends stumbling into the room, looking to be completely out of breath. "Professor Dumbledore...." Harry said between breaths. "Dementors have surrounded the school sir. Too many to count."

Ian and Wanda turned toward the old wizard, slightly confused by the news. He wasn't sure what a dementor was, but he could feel the little hairs on the back of his neck stand on end. Whatever was going on didn't sound very good.

--Serenity--

It was only when she started shivering violently that the pair realized there was snow swirling down around them, dusting everything white. She laughed self consciously, pulling away from him. "I guess I should get a jacket, huh?" They both stood up, and Serenity noticed for the first time that Jensen was giving her a Look. She couldn't really understand what was going thought his head though. His eyes were intense, and she found herself glancing away, suddenly mesmerized by the big snowflakes dancing around them, sticking to her hair and her eyelashes. "Did you know that a single snow storm can drop 40 million tons of snow?"

Looking back to him again, Serenity realized what she had just said and noticed how his eyebrows shot up in surprise. "Really?" He said. "I didn't know that."
She nodded, and continued, saying "That carries enough energy to equal 120 atom bombs. ....I don't know why I just told you that."

He laughed. A head thrown back, laugh until you can breathe kind of laugh. It was enough to make her giggle too. "Go get your jacket, I'll get mine. Meet me back here in about 10? We can go walk around and see what there is to see."

Serenity agreed and quickly went inside to find her jacket that was definitely not suitable for this kind of weather, but it would have to do. Her mom stopped her on the way back out. "Whoa, whoa, where's the fire? Where are you rushing to?"

"Oh, Jensen and I were going to walk around town, just explore and hang out. Is that okay?"

Her mom nodded. "Just text me if you need and be back before it gets really late."

--Jensen--

He chuckled and shook his head as he watched her run into the house before turning to walk to his own, not far away. He had certainly never met anyone like her before. It was good to know not all girls were self absorbed, Kesha wannabes, like the ones from his old school. Seriously, they had all looked almost exactly the same, and acted identical. Snobby, blonde, shallow as a kiddie pool girls who looked like they painted their faces on every morning.

Jensen hadn't known Serenity for even 5 hours yet but he knew right off the bat that he liked her. She was so different from anyone he had ever met in his life. He could tell she'd had it rough, but he could also tell she wasn't bitter about it. Maybe a little broken up and confused, but time heals all wounds. He had been exactly where she was before. He smiled as he grabbed his dark blue/almost black leather jacket and raced back out to meet her.

Speaking of the very much alive paintings, they were slightly antsy and their whispering was panicked. The very air buzzed with suppressed energy, like something big was about to happen. Whatever it was, Wanda was sure she didn't want to be here when chaos ensued. The group stopped in front in front of the statue guarding the headmaster's office, and McGonagall uttered the password, allowing them entrance to the unusual room.

Professor Dumbledore was there, along with professors Snape, Slughorn, Trelawney, and various other people that everyone seemed to know except for their little group. One man was very disconcerting, as one of his eyes seemed to be made of glass. It was bright blue where his other eye was brown, and the ghastly thing swiveled around erratically, occasionally focusing on something or other. There were several people that looked like they could be related to the redheaded boy, Ron, they had met earlier. An older man and woman, two twin boys, and three others. Across the room was an extremely tired looking man in deep discussion with a woman with pink hair.

While everyone around the room was talking to each other in a fevered manner, in the middle of the madness was the headmaster, as calm as could be, even looking slightly amused with all the chattering.

--Serenity--

They walked through the house, flipping on lights as they went, inspecting each and every room. It was a two story house, and Serenity found her bedroom on the upper level. She liked it because it had a large window seat, and she had always wanted one. Another plus, it was right down the hall from the upstairs bathroom. This house was much bigger than their old one. It was a little difficult to take in all at once, so Serenity went outside to sit on the sidewalk to gather her thoughts.

She wondered what it was going to be like here, as she drew her knees up to her chest and wrapped her arms around her legs. It was going to be a fresh start and Serenity could be anyone she wanted now. The only problem was that she didn't even know who she was now, much less who she wanted to become. After the breakup, she became lost. Without Damien there, everything was upside down and now Serenity was unsure of where she stood in the world. What was she to do now?

Her stomach tightened again, and her heart gave another squeeze, like it always did when she thought about him. Everything has changed. The person she thought she would be the one constant in her life was gone and now she just didn't know. What if she didn't find anyone like him ever again?

Serenity sighed, reigning in the darkness of her thoughts, and calming herself down. Minutes passed, and slowly she came to a realization. She didn't want someone like him. She wanted someone better. Just then, she heard something next to her and her head snapped up as she gasped. As her heart pounded, she realized it was only Jensen, hands raised in front of him, as if in surrender.

"Sorry," he said. "I didn't mean to scare you. I just saw you out here by yourself and wanted to make sure you were okay. So, are you okay?" He took the initiative and sat down right beside her. Serenity opened her mouth to give him the standard 'Yeah, I'm fine' answer, but something stopped her. This was a chance she might never get back. A chance to put her faith in a total stranger and tell the truth.

She paused for a second and released the breath she hadn't even been aware she was holding. "You know, I have no idea if I'm okay." She looked away, embarrassed, but it was like she had destroyed a dam holding back a torrent of words and now they just flowed out. "I don't know how I was expecting it to be when I moved here, but now that I'm actually here I am so scared. I don't know what to do with myself, or how I'm even going to deal with myself. I just got out of something and it's really bad and I just feel like I'm so, so screwed up and, and...." Before she could help herself, the tears spilled down h

There was an unusually nervous air about the woman as she stopped in front of the group.

"Yes, there most certainly is something wrong, but--" She looked around at the moving portraits, a hint of suspicion in her eyes. "This is a matter we should discuss where nosy people who may want to listen in wont be able to. Follow me."

--Serenity--

Her feet had just barely touched the ground again when her phone went off a second time. Serenity read the message and laughed out loud, attracting glances from both her mother and Jensen. She just shook her head and began to reply.

Yes, I'm alive, but barely! Clowns are scarier than airplanes? Not even! Planes can malfunction and crash and kill hundreds, if not thousands, of people at once. What's a clown gonna do? Honk his nose and squirt water at you until you die? I don't think so! But either way, remind me to never take you to a circus. And what? Me? Why?! .....They may not be the only ones....

Before hitting send, she reread the last message and looked up to find Jensen look at her, his head tilted to the side a bit. Serenity had to admit, it was cute. But it was also a little goofy and she couldn't help but look down again quickly, giggling to herself. She hit send, then followed her mom inside their house for the first time.

When the guys finally got out of the room, the girls were waiting for them, ready to face the maze of stairways. Quite a daunting task, really. Ian grabbed a hold of Wanda's hand and was just about to start down the first flight of stairs when they heard a voice behind them. It was Professor McGonagall.

"Oh, thank goodness I found you. It would be best if you came with me again, please."

--Serenity--

The car ride was boring, but Serenity couldn't sleep, too anxious about the new house and who she would meet here. Her phone vibrated, taking her by surprise. It was a pleasant surprise though, as it was a message from Kei.

I'm not on the plane anymore, thank God. It was horrifying! Never again, Kei, I swear. Never. Again.

Just then, they rounded a corner onto Winchester Street, and it wasn't long before they saw their house. The house next to it had the same "Sold" sign on the front lawn, and Serenity could see Jensen right out front, standing by what must be their car. A familiar song was blasting on the radio that she could hear through her open window as they drove by. He noticed her and smiled, which curiously made her heart squeeze. She smiled back, almost involuntarily.

Her mom pulled into the driveway of their new house, turned the car off, and turned.

"Are you ready for this?" she asked.

Serenity faced her and they shared a look. "We both have to be ready."

She nodded, and they both opened their doors and stepped out.

"Okay, okay, If you say so." Wanda conceded with a mischievous look in her eyes. But as she turned away, she mumbled, "Oh just watch me," under her breath. With diabolical thoughts in her swimming around in her mind, Wanda sat down, at a loss of what to do next. Maybe they could just explore the castle, but Professor McGonagall's warnings echoed through her head. None of them wanted to get into anymore serious trouble while here.

The girls looked up at the bell, distracted for a second, but it was nothing. "Should we go down with the students or no?" Wanda asked.

--Guys--

After watching the tie incident come to a happy end, and then the bell, Ian suggested they go see if the girls were ready.

"Maybe they're going down to eat with the students. We should go see."

--Serenity--

As the plane landed, Serenity let out a breath she seemed to have been holding for an hour. After the first hour passed, her mom was concern that she would pass out, but thankfully she didn't. After a few minutes, those around her started reaching for their carry on bags and piling off of the wretched thing.

When Serenity and her mother reached the inside of the airport, all she felt was relief of being on solid ground. "Never again mom," she muttered. "Never. Again." They gathered the rest of their luggage along with the other travelers, and when she looked up, she say the boy again. And surprise of surprises, he was walking toward her.

"Hey," he said as he got up closer. "My mom lost our map, and now we have no idea how to get to the street we need. Do you have one we could borrow for just a minute? I promise I'll bring it right back." His face was flushed with embarrassment, as if he wasn't used to talking to other people so directly. Serenity definitely understood how he felt.

Smiling, she nodded and turned toward her mother. "Hey mom, can we see the map really quick?" After rummaging though a small bag, her mom found it and brought it over. Serenity opened it up carefully, so she didn't tear the paper, and looked up. "What street are you looking for?"

"Umm...." He glanced around, thinking of the name. "I think it's Winchester Street. We have a new house there."

Serenity straightened, eyes wide. "Winchester Street? You're sure?"

He was confused by her sudden change of attitude, and became even more shy. "Y-Yeah, pretty sure... W-Why?"

Aware that she had seemed a little crazy for a second, she smiled. "I was just surprised. We have a new house there too. How strange is that?"

"Serenity," her mom called starting to get a little impatient. "Come on, we gotta go."

Serenity turned to leave. "Well, maybe I'll see you around then!" Before she could walk away, he grabbed her hand, sending her heart racing.

"My name is Jensen. And yeah, I'll see you around," he said, with the biggest grin she had ever seen. It brought a smile of her own.

"Okay, Jensen, my name is Serenity. Glad to meet you." After another call from her mom, Serenity reluctantly left, unsure of the reason she suddenly felt as if her heart was going to jump right out of her chest.

Wanda stared at her friend, just stared. And then she sighed. "I swear, I will girlify you yet!" Smiling, she dug around in the trunk again to see if she could scrounge up a hair tie, and magically there was one. She tied it up in a high ponytail to keep it out of her face.

"Why do you wanna keep your hair short all the time? I don't get it! But then again, I've never had short hair. I'm perfectly happy with my long hair though." Wanda turned toward the mirror again, barely recognizing herself with the strange clothes and with her hair up, which rarely ever happens.

--Guys--

Each of the guys watched Joe struggle to put on a tie, and then glanced at one another, expecting at least one of them to come forward and help. Ian didn't know about the his friends, but with all his wizardly abilities, he couldn't tie a tie to save his life. Wanda always helped him with that one.

--Airplane--

A boy around Serenity's age sitting across the aisle was staring at her every now and again, and it was making her face turn red. Part of her wanted to turn and tell him off, but she didn't want to be rude or embarrass him either. They were about an hour into the flight, and her mom was rightfully asleep, along with most of the other passengers. Serenity wasn't tired for all the sleeping she had done on the way to the airport. And there were a few stray people still awake as well, the cute (yes, she had to admit he was cute) boy included. Why he was staring she had no idea, but it was making her a little self-conscious. Every time she glanced his way, he would give her a smile, almost like a silent hello, and then he would look down as his face turned redder than hers.

Wanda shuffled through her trunk, finding a brush to match Yuki's. The tangles in her long hair were starting to become unmanageable, so it was best to fix that now.

"I have a feeling it wont. I'm sure we're safe for the time being at least." Whatever Joe did, she was sure it worked.

--Guys--

"That's a lie, Joe," Ian shot back. He smiled slightly so it didn't come off as harsh as it probably would have. How Ian knew Joe was lying was beyond him, probably just something picked up from Wanda. "You knew what you did would work. How?"

--California--

The airport was extremely crowded for it being so late, and Serenity and her mom were just a tad bit early. Still, they went through security and got everything settled. It wasn't until later when they were actually boarding the plane that Serenity got nervous. She had never been on a plane before, and wasn't sure she really wanted to start now.

"Deep breaths," her mom whispered. "It gets better. Trust me, I had the same reaction the first few times, but you get used to it."

Serenity nodded, sliding into the seat closest to the window, which was probably not the best place to be. Eyes wide, panic started to set in and she thought she would be needing one of the paper bags to puke in before they even took off. She pulled out her phone and texted Kei before she would have to put it away for the plane ride.

On the plane now and scared to death. We touch down in a few hours or so. Wish me luck. <3

Flipping it closed, Serenity shoved it back into her pocket and closed her eyes, sincerely hoping and praying she didn't throw up. Her mom took her hand reassuringly, and it was warm and instantly comforting in that way only a mother could accomplish.

Soon enough they were told to put seat belts on and take care of electronic devices. A few moments later Serenity felt a jerk and they started moving, getting faster, then finally lifting off.
