My name is Kuro Neko. Welcome to my page. I am now a gaia user because my best friend introduced me to the site. I love it.
I like to read, write, and sleep. I adore paranormal-type books and I love to watch anime.
I'd like to take this space to address a few problems that I seem to be having on this site. Okay, well, maybe it's just one problem. I find that many people mistake me for a guy. I'm not sure if this is because of the way my avatar looks, but I think that's why. I suppose it can be seen that way. I mean, even my best friend cannot perceive it as a girl and, indeed, drew it as a guy. However, I
am a girl. Being seen or addressed as a guy doesn't so much bother me, but I think in the end disappoints others... like the girls who try to hit on me. Hey, there's no reason to sugar-coat it - it happens. It kind of amuses me sometimes, but I'm sure the girls who might make such a mistake would be embarassed. So, I'm writing this to try and save people some embarassement. I'm not really sure how many will actually read this before worrying about making a mistake concerning my gender, but I figure it's a good thing to at least try to warn people here.

Um... this is a little something my best friend drew for me. On the left is my... uh... fursona, if you will. On the right is my gaia avatar. Yes, I'm aware that she drew it as a guy. A guy with his shirt off at that. I think she drew it that way in dedication to me always being mistaken for a guy on this site. ^^;;
