Stuff 'bout me
Hm...something about me? Well, I'm definitely NOT normal. I'm a nonconformist, and if I couldn't be slightly retarded all the time, I would actually be driven insane (I'm actually already there...). Anyhoo, I'm one of those people who can change emotions faster than Flash Gordon himself. Around me, you have to be careful for those mood switches.
I'm sort of a pessimist, since I always write depressing or morbid pieces of literature (you can view one of my depressing poems in my Journal). I also just believe we survive each day cuz we're meant to die another day. Death is an unescapable part of life that you have to come to peace with, or you'll die sniveling and sobbing for one last day, which has probably been given to you one hundred times over.
I'm also an aspiring author, and I'm currently writing a book that I hope will be a big hit. Of course, I'm young, so that probably won't happen. But hey, a girl can dream, right?
Anime is one of my vices. I love all sorts of manga and anime shows. I love to watch Naruto Shippuden, Bleach, and that's pretty much it. I like to read manga more though. I've read (and am reading) many great ones, such as W Juliet, Red River, Kitchen Princess, Girl Got Game (this series is HILARIOUS!!! If you're into manga and you haven't read it, you SHOULD!), Lollipop, Monkey High, Skip Beat, Bitter Virgin, Honey X Honey, Code Geass, Bride Of The Water God, Zodiac P.I., Tail Of The Moon, Blood , and many others I can't think of at the moment...I'm such a anime junkie. -.-;
I'm a definite music junkie. Music is my therapist, my savior, my boyfriend, my love, my life. If music did not exist, I would definitely have jumped off a cliff by now. And believe me, life would be EXTREMELY boring without music. My fave bands are (in order):
1. Three Days Grace
2. Rise Against
3. Evanescence
4. Linkin Park
5. 3OH!3
Okay, well, that's my top five. I love other bands too, but I can't put them all in which one I like better order. I love all types of music, so, on my iPod, even if I didn't know you, I'd at least have one song you like or have heard of. That's how diverse my music choice is. Other bands/artists that I enjoy and can think of right now are: Panic! At The Disco, Korn, Slipknot, Say Anything, Flyleaf, Avril Lavigne, Jason Mraz, Taylor Swift, Cobra Starship, Lady Gaga, Nickelback, ACDC, Bowling For Soup, The Medic Droid, Blood On The Dance Floor, The Bloodhound Gang, Cute Is What We Aim For, Metro Station, Sevendust, Rev Theory, Relient K, Escape The Fate, Sugarcult, The Used, Avenged Sevenfold, Beastie Boys, and many others.
