ROSE MEANINGS
Red rose: signifies love.
White rose: purity, innocenee, and loyalty.
Yellow: 1.) jealosy
2.) joy, friendship
Yellow with red tip: friendship blossoming to love
Orange/ coral: desire, facination
Pink
-Light pink: fondness, sympothy
-Dark pink: graditude and appreciation
Purple: indicates enchantment and love at first sight...
Blue: fantacy, unattainable
Black: (needs to be died this color) means death
Single roses
-red: "i u"
-2 red roses intertwined: engagement
-any other single color means: thank you!
Mixed colors:
White & red: unity
Yellow & red: happiness
White & yellow: harmony
mix of all colors: means that you mean everything to the person who gave it to you!
ROSE POEM
How beautiful you were that day
I spotted you from far away
I planned to steal and make you mine
but had to wait for just the right time
Till opportunity seemed to say
take her now carry her away
far away to home I went
and planted a garden, such time I spent
To see that all was properly set
just enough shade ground not too wet
such beauty in the midst must go
not for anything less than show
O rose, o rose, so soft, so soft
so pleasing to the eye and yet
your fragrance lingers everywhere
you deserve the love you get
I covered you so well when Winters frost
bit the ground
and love
you were not lost
Like a parent, lover, friend
I loved you till the bitter end
when one morning running outside
to bid you good day and start the day right
Such horror, shock, I let out a cry
you were gone, I thought I would die
how could some inconsiderate nin
just up, and carry you off with him?
