HELLO!!!! I am a hyperactive 17 year old who loves sarcasm. I love anime, video games, and nearly everything else. Except lima beans. I HATE LIMA BEANS!! THEY SHOULD DIE!!!!! P.S- About to get street legal, too! WOOT!
My EE was a history paper, mostly because I wanted to write about Asia, and I just happened to be studying the Japanese invasion of Korea during the Choseon Dynasty at the time (for a yaoi fanfic which was based off Mulan, but the boys were Korean, so I needed a similar war). And the funny thing is, my paper actually passed for an extended essay. Who knew the urge to put together two boys could help you with your grades?
You don't need a scientific calculator unless you need help with graphs. And trust me, multpilication in your head is more handy than derivitives.
And people like me end up seeing math jokes everywhere. Sadly, I despise math. Well, not sadly, but...The only reason I'm good in it is because my father was. I always hated math and prefered drawing or something like it. And I suck at names and history. ><
You'll also need an ID (drivers license, school ID, etc.) and a printout of your SAT registration thing. You shouldn't need anything else.
And I know they say you can do all the math without a calculator, and you probably can. But it's quicker with one. Especially for me, who knows how to find the derivative without a calculator but often forgets what 7 times 8 is.
My school tried to tell the students during FCAT practice (back when we were Juniors taking the science FCAT, FCAT being the state standardized test which you have to pass to take normal classes rather than remedial ones), they said "Don't sak us for pencils! Come prepared! They don't give you pencils at the SAT!" The students all went "Yes they do." So, if nothing else, you get a pencil. XD And you're allowed to bring snacks in a lunch box. They give you five minutes to eat it...three times or so.
If you put it on a shirt, take a picture. XD That would be epic.
Not really. When it comes to colleges, I don't really care where I go as long as they have a study-abroad program. I want to go to Japan during college to really learn the language. And to help my future career.
And you'll do fine on the SATs. It's just another test given on Saturday mornings by a bunch of people who herd high school students into several small rooms alphabetically so they can disappear in small groups. My sister and I both agree that the SATs is the perfect excuse for people to just mass-kill a hundred high school students. If you offer them free SATs, they will come. ^_^
I'm still in French. My school doesn't even offer Japanese. And the SATs were easy compared to some of the stuff on the SAT2. I can't remember my score offhand, though. I jsut know I beat 600 in each category. >< How were your scores? Unless you haven't taken them yet. ^^;;
I got into Univeristy of Central Florida. The other colleges I applied to are supposed to tell me by late Feburary or something. XD
