lol Wow. There's Hospitality and Tourism and also Sports Nutrition at my college. Not sure how available Sports Nutrition is since I heard that they just started that on at my college. ^^;

Candies, retail baking, menu planning, cake decorating, storeroom and purchasing, etc. Basically, anything to prepare you for being able to open your own bakery or whatever you plan on doing. At least, that's the way it is at my college. XD
