Me? I'm just a dude who likes to rock. Read while I rock. Gaia while I rock. Write while I rock. Music really drives my life - my ears and my earbuds are life partners. Please don't let my current earbuds know how many have come before them - the average operating life of any particular pair is about a year, due to the amount of use they receive.I (used to) play bass guitar, but since I've got all sort of life commitments to meet, you know, college apps, homework, procrastination, etc, I haven't played for two years. It didn't help that the band I joined played only jazz - nothing against jazz, but I'd rather listen to a real master play it than butcher it myself.
Right now I spend most of my time writing, reading, drawing, and talking on the phone with the most important person of my life. I've also recently created my own shirt with screen printing - it looks pretty rad if I say so myself (picture below).
So, back onto music (I really don't like it much, do I?). A larger list of my favorite artists is there in my "Interests" list, but I'll mention a few of my more-favorite favorites. I'm really into Black, Epic, and Symphonic metal, as well as older rock, oldies from the 50's and 60's. Some stuff I've got on my iPod right now (What I listen to the most): Rush (70's, 80's Rock), Samael (80's, 90's Black metal), Pink Floyd (70's Psychedelic rock), Nine Inch Nails (90's Experimental rock), Manilla Road (70's, 80's Epic metal), and The Protomen (00's Rock opera).
I've been really addicted to Dispatch (90's reggae/folk) recently, just because they're easy to listen to, and can fit most of the moods I'm in, whereas most of the metal I listen to is really only good if I'm in an epic or darker mood, which I really haven't been for the past eight months.
I write poetry. I'm good at editing just about anything literature or otherwise- but beware, I'm not afraid to give you my honest opinion, whether it's nice or not.
I'm more often liberal than conservative. But I hate politics. ALL politics. ALL politicians. Both lawyers and politicians deal with the law, and we all know about lawyers. Politicians are just good at telling you what you want to hear so that you don't realize that they're just as evil.
Religion? If you REALLY want to talk about it, I guess you could PM me. I won't shove what I believe in your face, so please don't shove yours in mine.
I don't know what else to tell you guys... what else is there to know about me? well, lots, but I don't really want to tell you guys all of it - that would take all the fun of discovery out of it!

Haha, aww. Same with me. My stories were about kids whos friends moved away, so they had to make more friends.. I was lame. But I did write a poem-like-thing in seventh grade, and I reread it last year. I had one part that I really liked for some odd reason. It was something like "I am my parents puppet, dangling from their strings. I tried to cut them, but only ended up cutting myself." I'm weird, but I liked it.
It would be nice to be worked with on writing, maybe I will try it again. (:
I really liked the poem. I didnt completely understand [I'm not very good at that, and I'm kinda slow. Imma blonde. >_<] but it was very entertaining and intreguing. You're a wonderful writer.
