2 things first, I had the best lemonade bottle ever and this is exactly what is says on it
try multi-v. it has key nutrients from vitamin a to zinc that will help you feel as multi-talented as an Olympic biathlete. but please, don't try firing a .22 calibre rifle after lung-burning, consciousness-depleting, nordic skiing wind sprints. because while multi-v is helpful stuff, there's not much it can do for that nagging "oops, i think i just shot that guy with the cowbell" feeling.
