"Dusty, wait here okay? I'm going to go get some clothes," Sarah smiled at her little sister as she took her boyfriend, Heath's hand in hers.
"Okay whatever, I'll be waiting here." Dusty replied, staring at the ground.
"Good, I'll see you later then!" Sarah said cheerfully and disappeared into the crowd, Heath following close behind.
Dusty sighed, she hated that Sarah took Heath with her everywhere they went. Heath was no different from the rest of them, horrible and vile. How could her sister stand to be so close to any male for that matter. Dusty knew by experience that no matter what you looked like or what race you were if you were a man you were evil. She yawned and shrugged to herself. It was probably going to take Sarah a while to get back so what harm could a nice nap do? Dusty stretched her arms before laying down on the bench she had been sitting on. She would have all her energy for when Sarah got home.

Dusty was awoken from her nap when she felt something slam into the bench. She groaned and slowly sat up, stretching her stiff muscles.
When she looked down, her eyes widened. Laying there, on the ground was a young girl no older than Dusty was...only, she didn't have any clothes on at all.
Dusty looked around to see shocked faces staring back, but no one came running to the girl's aid, so she knelt down and scooped her up, bridal style. She had no idea who this strange neko girl was but she was adorable there could be no harm in taking care of her.

The girl woke up a few hours later. Dusty had used the last of her own money to rent a room in the nearest Inn and managed to find the girl a nightgown. After dressing her, Dusty had laid her down in the bed and waited.
The girl awoke in shock and looked around, confused.
"Where am I?" She asked sleepily, looking at Dusty.
"At the local Inn. I saw you unconscious and thought it'd be best for you to get some rest."
The strange girl smiled, her fluffy ears perked, "Thank you, I'm Penelope."
"Cool, I'm Dusty," Dusty nodded without much enthusiasm. She examined Penelope for a moment. This girl had fluffy, rounded ears on top of her head and a long, sleek tail. She looked like just another neko, but it just didn't feel right.
"What were you thinking?" she asked Penelope, looking her in the eye.
"What do you mean?" Penelope cocked her head to the side.
"I mean you laying on the ground without any clothes on,"
Penelope's eyes widened and her cheeks flushed pink, "What are you talking about? Why would I do such a thing?" She looked disgusted.
Dusty crinkled her eyebrows in confusion, "Wait, but that's how I found you,"
Penelope gasped, "What!? I was naked in front of everyone?"
Dusty slowly nodded, wondering if she had amnesia or was just an idiot.
