Blood of Raiser[Lightning]
To start with the blood of a raiser is acidic on touch, it'll burn through any solid other then fabrics, like cloth. Raisers of Lightning naturally have a ridiculous amount of electrons constantly running through their body. Their bones are coated with a metal like material enabling any discharges to circuit through her body. However at a young age a Raiser of lightning will face troubles adapting to their ability as they get older. Raisers of Lightning possess the abilities to alter the speed of and moreless control Electrons, Protons, and Neutrons as well as change their polarity. In short her body is like a generator.
Static Cling
The user can act as a magnet to a magnetic object by adjusting the amount of neutrons, electrons, protons in their body or an object/person they are touching. When mastered the user can use this on separate parts of their body and specific parts of the object/other person.
Lightning Bolt
The user can use their body and charge up voltage through the raging electrons in their body, producing a power of up to 10,000,000 volts of electricity. Like this the user can release the lightning bolt from their hands, preferably a finger to release an electrostatic bolt. The bolt is fired in usually a straight path but the path can be altered by the magnetism of nearby objects [Like lightning rods.] If a target is airborne, the bolt usually will only knock them out of air and do minimal damage, the bolt of lightning only does maximum damage if the target is grounded and not wearing electric resistant materials. When the user's body is charged up this much, the part controlling the voltage becomes dangerous to touch.

The user can gain a quick recharge in their body by absorbing a strike by lightning or electrical moves. They can also 'plug-in' themselves through sticking their finger through an outfit and take in electrical current that way. Though the Blood of Raiser[Lightning] allows a slow recharge of electrical power.
