{I have no idea what time period this is going to take place in. So I guess modern times for right now. If we decide to adjust the time I'll edit this.}

Asagi sighed lightly as he walked through a near empty street of town. It was late in the nighttime and this was one of his many insomnia attacks. He pulled his long black hair into a loose pony tail, leaving his long bangs in his face so as to shield his dark violet eyes.
Asagi was rather bored this evening. Which is why he ventured into town, a rare thing for him. Perhaps something interesting would come his way and maybe brighten his mood. He had been in a rather cross mood for the past few days and needed something to take his mind off things.

Sora sat on the bench in front of the convenience store. He sucked on a lollipop while he just sat there in a daze, a plastic bag of other things from the store was set beside him. He shook his head a little and let out a small yawn. It was quite late but he did just wake up from his 5 hour nap. He was up painting in the morning but then he fell asleep, as usual but he didn't wake up until just a couple of minutes ago. He can't sleep anymore and he had nothing to do so he decided to visit the store for some food stuffs. He leaned back on his seat and tilted his head up so that he was facing the pale moon. He twirled the lollipop with his tongue thoughtlessly until he decided to get up from his spot. He decided to just wander around the neighborhood since it was boring at home. Maybe something interesting would happen. He grabbed the plastic bag with foodstuffs and walked on with his head bowed down, not looking at where he was going. He stared down at his pants. They were covered in patches and splatters of paint. His top and skin were painted too, by pastel colors. Light blue, purple and pink colors, to reflect his mellow and light mood.

Asagi was somewhat lost in thought as he continued through town. Suffice to say, he had not found anything interesting to ease his mood. The town was very silent that night, even the bars had long since closed at this hour. Yet, even with the un eventful night, Asagi was still restless.
Then he paused for a moment and looked around. He thought he smelled something......... Similar to a Tenshi. 'Odd.' He thought with a scowl. Asagi merely shook his head and continued forward.
He sighed again before using a tad bit of magic to form a ball of ice then began to toss it up in the air and catch it.

Walking around with his bag of snacks in hand, Sora had passed by the neighbourhood playground. He liked it there. He liked seeing the humans sound and look so happy with their families. He was quite lonely since his parents left him but it can't be helped. He just had to deal with it on his own. Also, jut having been moved a couple of days ago, he wanted to go and visit his neighbours. The previous owner of the house he was now living in said that the neighbours were all really nice but there was one who was a bit different. A man who still practices the old Japanese ways. I'll guess I'll see them tomorrow. he thought before continuing to walk on. The thought of meeting his new neighbours and maybe even make friends with them made him extremely happy. He looked around quickly. There wasn't anyone around him. A smile tugged at the corners of his lips before his hidden wings materialised on his back, they glimmered under the moon's pale light. "Ah~ That feels nice." he sighed contently. He never had much of a chance to let his wings out outside since people would freak out ofcourse. He didn't want that so he always tried his best to control his emotions around the humans he had met. He continued to walk on, fluttering his wings a little. "Haha, my wings needed to be aired." he laughed to himself as he folded his expanded wings a little bit. Then, he froze in his tracks when he felt something. He felt another presence. He quickly folded his wings back again, leaving just slits on the back of his top. He looked around and spotted a man with beautiful onyx hair and he was wearing a different 'style' of clothing but somehow, that person felt like he wasn't a human. No... His eyes. The man has Oni blood running through his veins. He has heard many things about demons here in this country. That they were brutal and monstrous beings. They hurt humans too but that man, seemed different.

Asagi glanced around the city absent mindedly. His surroundings were calm at this our. Very soothing to his otherwise edgy mood. He paused as the wind tugged at his onyx hair and traditional styled clothing.
Though he still couldn't shake the feeling that he had sensed a Tenshi earlier. As he continued through town, the feelin became stronger. Though, Asagi doubted that, even if there was a Tenshi around, that it would give him that much trouble. Asagi was not the type of man to attack another just because of sspecies difference. That and he wasn't in the mood for a fight, despite his boredom.
Asagi stopped suddenly as his violet gaze scanned the area. He then spotted a young male covered in what appeared to be paint with shaggy brown hair. The other male looked as though he had just woken up not long ago. Asagi tilted his head to the side slightly. So that was the Tenshi he'd sensed earlier.

Sora's eyes widened when their gazes met. He didn't know what to do in a situation like this. Does he run? No, he might offend him. Maybe I should go up to him and say. Haha, what a bad idea that would be. I'll just leave casually so that he doesn't get alarmed he thought as he turned his head away from the oni just a couple of meters away. He swung the bag of food, a little bit too quickly which made some of the things inside fall down, clattering onto the concrete path. Sora bit his lip and shut his eyes for a second before awkwardly bending over to get the things, failing miserably at acting all cool and casual about the encounter with the oni. "...too obvious." he mumbled.

Asagi raised an eyebrow at the Tenshi. Even with his sour mood, he couldn't help but chuckle lightly. 'Well that was amusing.' He thought. It became obvious that the Tenshi was trying to act calm an cool, though he failed miserably. It made no sense really. Why bother with appearances when there was rarely anyone around.
He merely shook his head. Ignoring the rage his Oni instincts, he approached the Tenshi. "Do you need some help?" He asked, indicating to the things that had fallen to the ground with a flick of his head.

Sora bit the bottom of his lip while he started picking up the chocolates and bandies which have scattered onto the ground then as he reached for one of the sweets, he saw a foot. He tensed up for a second when he heard a man's voice. He slowly tilted his head to see that it was the oni. His mouth hung open for a couple, taking a couple of seconds to take in the fact that he approached him. "Uh..mm, y-yes please." he stammered as he shifted his gaze towards the ground again. He was a bit taken back by what was happening righ then but, it wasn't such a bad thing was it? It was quite a rare sight for a demon and an angel to be seen together and even more, for the two to talk to each other. (Without having the urge to attack of course). It seems that when times change, us creatures become more 'civilized' and we actually learn from the humans which is a good thing.

Asagi tilted his head to the side slightly at the tenshi's reaction. It was an odd one to him. Given the species difference, it was a wonder the two of them weren't attacking each other at the moment, or that they hadn't started attacking one another when they saw each other Even more surprising was the fact that Asagi even approached him.
Asagi merely shrugged off the oddity and knelt down to help the tenshi. 'My my. How the times have certainly changed.' He thought with a tiny smirk.

The tenshi finished picking up the things around him, leaving the two or three around the obi's feet. He took the plastic bag from beside him and set it in between them, holding it open for the other male. "Please put the in here...ah." he looked up seeing the obi's smirk. What's so funny... he thought, wanting to know what ran through the other's mind but, he let it go and just smiled a little at him.

After that, Sora reached into the bag and grabbed a lollipop before holding it out for the obi. "Thank you for helping me." he smiled.

Asagi's smirk faded an instant later as he glanced over at the tenshi when he spoke. Asagi merely nodded to the younger male's request and placed the things in the plastic bag.
After everything had been picked up off the concrete sidewalk, Asagi flicked his bangs out of his eyes again. He looked over at the tenshi from the corner of his eye, then faced him. He tilted his head to the side slightly, but accepted the lollipop anyway, not wanting to be rude. Asagi then stood up and extended his hand to help the tenshi up.

Sora felt kind of, nice when the other accepted his small 'offering'. It was the only thing he could repay the oni for his kindness. Frankly, his views on onis have changed a bit since the one before him was nice. He just hoped that the other's of his kid are the same as him. He wouldn't want any 'troublemakers' around this area since he'll have to take care of things by himself. He didn't like fighting thought but it was his job since he was the only te Shi around these parts.

Sora's eyes followed as Asagi stood up and saw that he had extended his hand. He smiled a little before taking the one's hand as he pulled himself up. He felt happy, over such a small matter. The thought of two opposite creatures were able to not fight for once. He could feel his wings beginning to unfurl again. He gasped, not realising that he was feeling that happy just because of such a thought. He tried to surpress his wings from popping out but failed. His wings spread themselves, he couldn't help but let out a small sigh from the pleasure of stretching them out. Oh, how weird he was... "Umm, sorry about these. Don't mind them..." he said as he patted his wins down. "Ehem, I'll get going now. Thank you so much for the help." he said, bowing a little bit before dismissing himself, quickly walking away towards his home.

Asagi was amazed that he hasn't felt the need to attack the tenshi when the other's wings unfurled. Instead he found it rather interesting as he had need heard of one to unknowingly let them unfurl in front of others, especially in front of what should be considered a natural enemy.
Asagi couldn't help but chuckle a little at the tenshi's embarrassment. 'Must be new to this nonsense.' He assumed silently. He was taken aback when the other male bowed a little before dismissing himself. Asagi raised an eyebrow as he watched the tenshi walk away. "What an interesting creature." He muttered.
