But still, even with the mood of the party, Haruki was now wondering if Skylar would be coming for the night. However, he was certain that he may not be coming because of the incident last night. The cover for incubus' demon side would be completely blown up if it wasn't for the blue-haired male's self-control. The bartender could only hope that Skylar would feel safe in his house even though the weather had improved for the night. Or at least, if he would decide to drop by, he prayed that the pediatrician would be in good spirits tonight.

Skylar made sure hat he had everything before heading out. He probably wouldn't stay long, just log enough to talk to Haruki and maybe get some dancing in as he hadn't done so in a long time. And he promised himself that there would be no drinking. Probably. Yeah. That thought. didn't sound too confident to him. With a sigh he headed straight to the club. And before entering he made sure he had a tight control over his demon as well as his aura. There would not be a repeat of that night. Not if he could prevent it. And with that, he entered the club.

The bartender mixed a few more drinks to his customers, who were definitely going to be inebriated with a few more shots of his concoctions. They would certainly get wasted because of their needs being satiated by him, but Haruki would not allow them to mix any date-rape drug into his drinks with the bouncers watching their every move. He was just done serving another shot of the whiskey when the sight of Skylar caught his eye. The bespectacled man decided to greet him with a casual wave without raising his arm, settling with just a slight lift of his own hand.

Skylar smiled as he caught the gesture and returned it before walking over to the bar, carefully avoiding the more rowdy couples and those who were watching him a little too closely. Once he got to the bar, he managed to sit down without being molested, which was a miracle in and of itself. He waited until Haruki was done with whatever he was doing before saying "Hi." to him just loud enough that the other could hear him but low enough not to draw any more stared than he was already getting.

As soon as Skylar entered the premises, it seemed that no one had decided to pounce on him. Whether the folks were afraid of his demonic aura or simply chose to act decent to avoid being thrown out by the bouncers, it wouldn't matter much to Haruki since the incubus was feeling safer either way. When the blue-haired greeted him back, the bartender smiled at him, somewhat tempting him into the mood for the party. "So, what do you want for your drink for tonight? Current serving beverages in shot glasses for tonight's happy hour."

Skylar looked at him for a moment. He had decided that he wasn't going to drink tonight....but he didn't want to disappoint Haruki after he had gone to the trouble of making them. "Ah...I decided not to drink tonight...." he replied after a few moments of thinking about on how to answer the other male. "But if you have water, I'll gladly take that." he added, blushing slightly and wondering if Haruki thought less of him because he wasn't drinking. He just didn't feel like it tonight.

Hearing that the incubus decided to take a break from the alcohol, the bartender nodded curtly. He fetched a plastic bottle of water from the fridge and handed it over to Skylar. "It's freshly delivered just this morning, so feel free to take a sip. Carbonated drinks are also available as well." A patron then asked for a can of Coke and like a pro, he grabbed it from the same fridge and tossed it over to the customer who caught it expertly. Indeed, a little side show would help to keep the mood going even with the slight change of plan.

Skylar smiled at him, accepting the water. "Thank you. Okay, I will keep that in mind." he replied as he popped off the top of the bottle and took a deep sip of the refreshing beverage. The blue-eyed beauty watched the scene before him and smiled once again. Impressive. He didn't see too many people with that kind of skill often. He had a feeling that tonight would be a good night. As long as no one tried to hit on him.

Haruki went on with his little sideshow and some people cheered for his performance. However, there was a woman, who was supremely inebriated, who was about to wrap her arms around the bespectacled man. But before she would reach him, the bouncer had to gently escort her away from him. Stubborn, she slapped his hand away, screaming that she demanded some fun with Haruki. Furious at her persistence, he had no choice but to let the bouncer do it the hard way, shoving her off the premises. As quickly as it was ceased, the show continued on, and he smiled throughout the performance.

Skylar was cheering with them when he saw the woman. His blue eyes narrowed when he saw her try to wrap her arms around the Haruki and he could feel his inner demon rearing its head. How dare she try to touch what was his! He actually choked on his water when he processed the thought. Since when was the bartender his?! He shook his head as he watched the bouncer all but throw the womb out of the club, Served her right! He returned his attention back to Haruki and the show before Hedwig to the dance floor.

With the woman out of the way, the performance was back in full swing. It was then that he saw Skylar going to sway in time with the music on the dance floor. Oh boy, he was about to blush at the sight of the sexy body, but he should act decent, just watching from afar. Their further interaction up close would wait till his shift was over, so now, he was back to showing off his next performance, twirling the bottles while serving more of the alcoholic drinks. Laughter blended together with the music as the customers witnessed the act in front of them.

Skylar just let himself be lost inside music. It had been a long time since he just enjoyed being able to let loose. But he made sure to keep a tight hold on his aura as he didn't want people to swarm him plus said people were just a bit wary of him after the other night so they kept their eyes on him, but kept their distance. He wondered if Haruki would want to dance with him after his shift? He looked back over at said male before smiling and going back to his dancing.

With his next performance done, the music changed to a mellow one, suited for couples that wanted to dance together. The duos were now dancing together, except for Haruki and Skylar who were still a distance apart from each other. Now one of his co-workers urged the bartender to dance with the incubus. The bespectacled man had no choice but to give in because of the tease that he would be labeled as a coward if he didn't take the leap. With a slight blush coating his face, he approached the incubus shyly, reaching out to him with a hand. "Ummm... may I have this dance?" And then, there were some whistles and cat calls from the bar employees. Haruki would definitely make them pay later on for the tease.

Skylar blinked in surprise when Haruki came up to him and asked him to dance. He felt his face heating up before taking Haruki's hand and nodded. "Yeah." he replied win a soft smile at the other male, ignoring the various catcalls from Haruki's Co-workers. Honestly thisbhad come as a surprise but he wasn't about to turn down a dance from the man he was crushing on.
