Watching him get up with effort, his eyebrows crease. Now that both guys were in no condition to fight, he thought he could get some sleep. Finding a old pillow in the back of the small space, he set his head down and tried his best to get to sleep. But he kept waking up by the smell of fresh blood and smell clothing."Father forgive my decision." he muttered looking at the darkness he supposed was the ceiling, then he opened the door and tossed him a roll of bandages.

Caleb was trying to head for the bathroom but he wasn't sure if he could make it. He looked behind him when he heard something being thrown and noticed the bandages first then he looked towards the closet, it was open ajar now. Okay what game was this monster playing? At first he was inclined to keep going and head towards his bathroom instead but he wasn't sure if he could make it so despite his better judgment he reached over and took the bandages and started to wrap up his arm.

Jackal did an upward nodding motion with his head, then collapsed on the old pillow now that their wasn't too much of a distracting scent, he started to drift off in a light sleep not really caring that he let his guard down. Jackal couldn't go home for two reasons and two reasons only. One, the target wasn't killed and he was suppose to have been dead that night, but he failed. Two, the sun was up and the sun was his weakness, nor could he move from the closet because the male's bedroom was bright, even without the lights on.

Caleb right now was resting on the floor of his room and just staring at the closet where the monster still was. Looking around he had to find something for defense. The bat broke so what else could he use. After awhile he slowly stood up and headed downstairs he needed something to eat now too so while he thought on what else he could use in defense he started to make himself some breakfast. After he had eaten he then realized he was late for school. Groaning a little at the thought he went back upstairs and started to undress so he could change into his school clothes for a brief moment forgetting about the monster in his closet.

Now fully deep within a dream, Jackal could no longer hear what was going on around him. Moving a little, he accidently kicked a ball out of the small storage area. It rolled loudly to a stop in front of the bedroom door."Turn out the sun..." He muttered in his sleep, his eyelids was in a little ray of light that bounced of the door at him. Yawning a little, he moved his head from it's spot.

Stopping in what he was doing Caleb looked behind him and noticed the ball then he looked towards the closet and just blinked. Why was the monster not coming out was it really as simple as the sun? He seemed to be frightened by it. And he yelled out that by nightfall he would be dead so what did that mean? A vampire? Ridicules, Vampires weren't real. Sighing Caleb finished dressing and turned and left his bedroom and then eventually his house. He headed towards the school. Feeling relieved about getting out of the house.

After a little while the vampire woke up and but did not move from his spot. He had the whole day to just relax and do absolutely nothing, but he knew he shouldn't. But did he really have a choice? He was laying in a being's closet with a slight headache from the fight from that morning. With a sigh he, started figuring out three plans on what should happen that would make his life easier, guaranteeing that one would work.

As Caleb went about the day he made excuses for his arm saying it was a cooking accident which was possible. Being home alone most of the time he did need to learn to cook for himself. At the day's end he had practice but he seemed a bit distracted still. Why was it every time you didn't want something to come it just comes twice as fast? After class he headed towards his home but for now did not go inside he stood their staring at the semi-empty home and wondered. Was the monster still inside? And was he still planning to kill him? Deciding he wasn't going to go inside and find out he veered from the house and headed for the nearby park he would wait their maybe the monster would give up and leave him alone.

As the mid day came and went, he had his plans and had went to sleep again to get more energy. Groggy, Jackal woke up and walked out of the closet. Then his phone began to ring, and he realized he just stepped out of the closet. Panicing he looked out the window, and relaxed when he saw the sunsetting on the horizon. "Hello?" He listened to the person on the other side of his phone. A few moments later, he yelled and just before he through his phone to the floor, he ran his hand through his hair and disconnected the call.

Caleb by now was in the park and laying on a bench he was using his bag as a pillow. He never realized how tired he really was between woken up suddenly early by something biting his arm and then him almost bleeding to death. Then to him having to go to school then then martial arts class right away he was worn and sleep had overcame him.

He put his phone in his pocket, then as soon as it was officially night time he crawled out the window, crawled up the side of the house and began trying to fine the faint scent of blood to follow. Catching one, he dashed toward it. He didn't expect it to be nearby the sleeping male he attacked earlier, but sure enough it was."Hey. Hey, wake up. " Jackal put his hand on his face and rubbed it rather roughly. Then he removed his hand and looked at the bag he was laying on. On it, it read Caleb, right on the tag. "Caleb, hey Caleb, your laying on something dead."

Caleb was fast asleep he groaned when he felt someone slapping his face and he opened his eyes a little and then heard the person speak. He looked up at the face and at first he didn't know who he was looking at but after his eyes eyes got their focus he looked at the man in the light of the light post above the bench. The second he did his eyes shot open and he shot to his feet and basically jumped behind the bench. "St...stay away from me!"

Jackal looked at Caleb for a few moments, then took a whiff from his back. Cringling at what he discovered. Then he pointed at the moon, then looked at him with a slight shrug."Ok, the night before I was hired to kill you. There is nothing more to it, then I got a call about...-Well I can't go back now.." He explained rather flustered. Then he sat on the grass facing opposite of the bench.

Caleb had his defense up at this point. Backing away from him more and more. He was confused why wasn't the monster chasing him? He listed to what it said and just blinked. Looking down he grabbed his bag and held onto it. "So your not going to kill me?"
