Time had passed until they finally arrived at Haruki's apartment. He let Skylar come in first in a gentlemanly manner before closing the door and taking off his coat. Almost immediately, he hugged the demon close, pulling him into a searing kiss that lasted for a few seconds before letting go. "At the bedroom. That's where I'll perform something to help you get the mind out of the moment." Truly, Haruki had no intention of stopping once they would go there. He kept a tight grip on the incubus as they departed to the bedroom, with the human ready to blow the other's mind.

Skylar blinked when he was pulled into a searing kiss that almost made him melt in Haruki's arms. He looked at him, dazed for a few seconds before nodding his head and heading to the bedrom, somehow managing to get there even with the other's grip on him. He sat upon the bed, looking at Haruki and wondering what his lover was up to and couldn't help but be excited about what he had planned, his eyes tinting into gold as he waited.

As soon as the bartender was done with the nightly ritual, he reheated the sandwiches using the microwave oven in the kitchen. He picked up the movie from the set of DVDs arranged perfectly on the shelf, the vinyl organizer popping out with the color. After turning on the TV and DVD player, he pressed the eject button, setting the disc inside the tray before repeating the button press. While waiting for the menu to load, Haruki picked up the pitcher of orange juice from the fridge and two glasses from the dish cabinet. Dinner alongside the movie marathon was indeed one way to keep Haruki relaxed even with the busy schedule he was in, so he was all set to share it with his lover.

Skylar joined his boyfriend on the couch, settling himself as He watched the other placed in the DVD. He had heard about the movie from a patient's mother but he had never really thought of seeing it until Haruki mentioned it. He took the pitcher from the other with a smile before pouring them each a glass before setting it aside and gesturing for his lover to join him as the beginning previews started to roll, making sure to grab one of the sandwiches before settling back against his lover.

He pouted a bit when the pitcher was snatched from him, but smiled at the sight of Skylar pouring the drink for both of them. He accepting the offer on joining him on the couch with the menu finally showing up. The bespectacled man grabbed the remote for the DVD player and choose to play the movie for both of them to see. They would be having a good time once the brand logos were done with the viewing.

Skylar snuggled up to him as the movie started, taking a bite of his sandwich as he did so. He had to admit to himself that this was nice. Just sitting here and being with the man he loved. Even now Haruki's presence made him feel safe and happy and if it was like this now, he wondered what it was going to be like when they cemented thier bond? He mentally shivered when he thought about it before shaking his head and turning his attention back to the movie.

He watched the movie silently with him, all while eating his sandwich and drinking on the juice. But as much as he enjoyed the movie, his mind also drifted to what would happen on the ceremony itself. He would be bonded with him soon, someone from the race that was supernatural unlike his own. It looked he had to get used to the culture even more in case he would have to delve deeper into the other's homeland.

Skylar blinked when he sensed Haruki's mood shift and tilted his head to look up at him. "Haruki. Is something wrong? " he asked, pausing in taking a sip of his juice. Was Haruki worried about something? Probably the ceremony. He wasn't going to lie. He was nervous himself but he knew his aunt would make sure that everything went well as he didn't want Haruki to be hurt during said ceremony.

It seemed that the incubus was sharp enough to notice his thoughts. He shook his head slowly. "Ah, no. Nothing much except the excitement for the big day, the ceremony." Truly, anything can still happen, but he should just let the positive moments encompass his mind. After all, the event shouldn't be spoiled by such bad thoughts. He just focused back on the movie in case any interesting scene would occur right there.

Skylar paced nervously around the room as he prepares for the ceremony. His mother and aunts were there helping him, but he was still nervous. Aunt Ameila was out in the sanctuary, making sure everything was straight andnthat no one could come in and disrupt the ceremony. What if something happens? Or if Haruki changed his mind and decided that he doesn't want to do this? He was starting to panic now and it took the efforts of his mother and aunts to calm him down, if only slightly. "Skylar, you have to calm down." said his mother soothingly, trying to get her son to relax. Skylar looked at her before taking a deep breath and releasing it until he calmed himself. As he prepared to don his ceremonial robe while wondering how Haruki was faring with all of this.

Even Haruki was dressed up for the occasion, except that he also wore a ceremonial robe that was fit for males, still showing some decency. His parents were waiting with bated breath at the temple, hoping that the ceremony would go well. But still, it would be possible that anything else would occur there, like another ambush from the hunters or any other presence that would object to the union. The thought still haunted him, but chose to stay focused for the ceremony. He took a deep breath as he stared at himself through the full-view mirror.

Skylar stared at himself in the mirror. Gods, he looked like a woman! What possessed his mom and aunts to give him the female version of a ceremonial robe? He could hear giggles from both his mother and aunts and became red from embarrassment. Although...he had to admit that he looked rather nice and no! Stay focused! He told himself. There was nothing he could really.do about it and just accepted it, though reluctantly. He couldn't help but think what would Haruki's expression would look like when he finally saw him? He shook his head as his aunt Ameila came in and said that it was time. He took a deep breath before heading out thendoor and towards the altar.

One of the servants told him that it was time for him to show up in front of the altar and the bartender nodded before moving along. Though there was still the hammering of his heart in his chest because of intense emotions, he could only believe in himself that everything would be fine and dandy. Even a few guests were anticipating as he walked towards the altar, and he saw the demon dressed in his outfit. He blushed faintly, mainly because he looked gorgeous and at least it wasn't as scantily clad as he thought it would be.

Skylar managed to reach the alter without falling on his face due to the robes he was wearing. How women could stand wearing this was beyond him. He saw Haruki and couldn't help but stare a bit. He lookednvery handsome in hisnkwn robes and just like him, he started blushing before taking his place on the alter where Ameila was overseeing the ritual as she was the older of her sisters. Skylar fiddled with the sleeves of his robe as Haruki took his place by his side. He just hoped all went well.

He could tell that the other was nervous based on the way he was acting at the sight of him wearing the similar outfit. He took the other's hand, silently conveying to breathe and hope that everything will be alright. The parents were still watching silently, though Rika was now looking for tissues because she was tearing up. She just couldn't believe that her son was about to be bonded alongside the one whom he had loved so dearly.
