Daiyu held onto the older mans hand as they made way to the kitchen and sat down at a table and kicked his feet once on the stool. He was short and this was one of the perks. "Whats all these symbols? I know that one is an angel guarding spell. Meaning no Angel can come here until its gone. And why my blood? She could've used a crayon instead." He grumbled as he tried getting answers from the spirit. Shifting his attention to the bread pn the table he cockec his head. "Whats for breakfast?" He asks curious?

James had handed the young doctor the coffee mug with no cream or sugar. "Sorry bout yesterday man... I don't know why I reacted like that." He was referring to his breakdown but hinted at acting like a spoiled brat about a bath as well. He stood there as he sipped his own sugary coffee and started to wake up a little more. "Can we start over?" He asks hoping the other would want to be "friends" rather than Doctor and Patient.

The doctor's next chuckle was sheepish now. "I know that people use blood to do all these symbols. Don't know exactly why, but I guess it's part of the offering or something." He then answered to Daiyu's question about what to eat for breakfast. "We have coffee, and some chicken sandwiches. You can get one slice if you want."

Cedric accepted the mug with a silent thanks before taking a faint sip. He grimaced a bit because he also liked it sweet, without the creamer. When James apologized, he just listened. He couldn't blame him for the tendencies to act like a child, more so because of his mental condition. Studying psychology made him realize that there's a reason behind every action, even if the cause behind it was less than pleasant.

"I'm sorry, too, for being a bit too harsh on you last night. I should have been gentle on that. I do care for my patients even if they refuse to let me help them." When the red-head asked if they could start over, his smile was serene.

"Sure. I'll let that slide."

Daiyu shrugged he wasnt a fan of chicken and he absolutely hated coffee but beggars cant be choosers. "Okay." He said hopping up and grabs a sandwich amd a glass of water. When he sat back down he started to munch on his chicken sandwich. For him it was bland since no mayo or lettuce was on it but like he said, beggars can't be choosers. "Thank you." He said before taking his next bite.

James had a grin come on his face and he held out a hand. "Well my name is James Nathaniel Spencer. I have Bipolor depression disorder and some hallucinations on the side." He joked as he shook the others hand. "Ohh and if you hurry there's some food ready if you're hungry." He chirped being a bit better in mood today then yesterday.

The doctor was glad that Daiyu had accepted the meal, despite the fact that the finished product was a bit lackluster because of not having mayonnaise and even some fresh vegetables. He made a mental note to himself to pick them up as well during the shopping trip later. As they both ate, which Chris sipping occasionally on his coffee, he kept on staring on the male's delicate features. He was innocent-looking, much more like a kid, though with Lilith possessing him from time to time, he wasn't meant to be stepped on like a doormat.

Cedric accepted the handshake when James introduced himself alongside the offer. "And I'm Cedric Watterson. You know my twin brother, Chris, who is with Daiyu at the moment." As if on cue, after James mentioned about hunger, his stomach growled. He grunted slightly. "You have a point. We should better get going."

Daiyu ate in silence as James and Cedric came walking in. "Morning guys." He said quickly before he finished off the sandwich and his water. "Thanks again Chris." He smiled and left to go find something to do. Which ironically was coloring on his favorite canvas, the hall way by his rooms wall. It was nearly covered in elaborate drawings in blood and crayons alike. Granted a good portion was just childish doodles like stick figures. But in the middle is a scene of a forest with a sun setting in the distance.

James and grabbed more coffee with more creme n sugar. And offered a refil for Cedric. He wasn't necessarily hungry in the mornings and all he wants is to find his morning boost. "Hows Chris this morning? Still fawning over my buddy?" He asks with a smirk and a quirked eyebrow. "Ohh please dude it was obvious. Stop acting all flustered...." He joked and took another sip.

Chris was almost done with his coffee when James and his twin arrived. He smiled as he saw the two. "Looks like you two are on starting to get on good terms, and it's a good thing," he commented. As soon as Daiyu left with the task, he stood up. "Well, I should shower and go outside to fetch the supplies. Hopefully, I'll arrive before lunch." With that, he started to walk away.

Cedric simply nodded as he watched his brother depart and he accepted the refill. At the question, that's when Chris halted his movement, blushing a bit before shaking his head off and resuming his steps. The twin brother chuckled.

"Indeed, someone like Daiyu can be a rare sight, you know," he faced James. "My brother is oftentimes the type of person who can see the perfection of a person or a thing despite the flaws. I bet he sees something better within your friend, even with his mental condition."

Daiyu was humming a small tune when Chris passed by his hallway. "Hey Chris!" He shouted hoping that the other would come see his drawings before he does whatever. Once he was by Chris he hugged the brunette in a tight embrace.

James had half listened and really didn't care. "Hey each is his own...." He said finishing his coffee. "If he wants in my virgin buddies pants let him...." He says jokingly knowing he has no say what Daiyu does in his spare time without him. "Ohh and if hes lucky Daiyu can show him his art wall. Hes pretty talented his inner voice though not so much." He joked again as he took a chicken sandwich and ate it. "So when can I start my meds again? These mood swings suck...." He asks curious.

Chris was startled by the hug, and a faint blush of pink began to show on his cheeks. "H-hey. I'm about to take a shower since I'll be buying your medications and food stuff for the pantry."

Cedric laughed, definitely amused. But then he blinked when James had mentioned something about Daiyu's hidden talent. "Oh, that's nice. I just wished I could see my brother's reaction earlier." When the red-head asked about his medication, he replied. "As soon as Chris had arrived from the errand outside. I sure hope he won't be too long out there, though."

James had hummed taking another sip of his coffee before putting the now empty cup in the sink. "Can we go with or are we forever confined to this hell hole?" He asks hoping for a bit of new scenery since hes been in this facility for three years now. He sits by Cedric and looks straight into his eyes pleading with his azure ones. "It'll do me and Daiyu some good i swear." He pleads again.

Chris was still surprised by Daiyu's initiative to escort him to his art room. But when he saw the murals, he was in awe. Despite the fact that the ensemble was a bit sloppy, it was the handiwork that counted the most.

"I have to say... You both have a talent. You should become a mural artist."

At James' suggestion of going out with them, that's when the doctor became hesitant. Knowing his obscure past, the world outside would be dangerous for both him and Daiyu. But still, keeping them confined there for life would make them feel lonely. He sighed.

"Fine. I'll let you both come with us, but you and Daiyu have to stay close to us. We'll still keep you under our watch, just to be sure."

daiyu had grinned and had let Chris go. "Thats all I wanted to show you..... Thank ypu though." He giggled and skipped off down the hall and to the left as if hes going to his room. Fact is he flew and phased through the roof and was currently sitting on the second story garden onning. "He makes me happy...." He spoke to Lillith breifly. And she agreed with his statement and they did small Idle chatter.

James had set his cup down in shock. He didn't think that would work as easily as it did. "Youre not pulling my leg? We can actually go with? Wait we're not going to be cuffed or something similar to that are we?" He knows they both need a wristband saying that they belong to Briar asylum and if they try to escape the police should be notified or if their Doctors aren't present the same should happen. "Man Im so excited now Im going to tell Araya the good news!" He says happy and runs off in a random direction.

When Daiyu pranced around the hall, Chris had to catch up with him. At the sight of him flying as if he was Peter Pan, his eyes dilated like saucers. "What in the...?" he just watched as the boy floated up in the air. He just scratched his back of his own head, heading outside to look for him.

When James ran off, Cedric sighed. He knew that the red-head was excited to see the outside world, but he feared that those who are in charge wouldn't let him. After all, people with mental illnesses were treated like criminals and they thought that keeping them locked up would be better, but even that had its own setbacks.

Perhaps, by letting them go, they would enjoy what life had to offer, more than just within those walls.

The kid laid back on the cement. This little garden on the Onning railing made him feel at peace. When he saw Chris running outside he looked puzzled. "Chris what's wrong?" He shouted over the wind so the brunette could see the ghost teen. "You're looking frazzled.... Did you lose something?" He asks again innocently while tilting his head.

James had ran to the living room, the art room and even their room but he couldn't find his buddy. He made it as far as the front door before he stopped and went back. "Lillith?! Daiyu!!" He called out not finding either of them nor Chris for that matter in the big empty asylum. He found a stair case behind the doctors medication room and followed that down the three fleights to the basement, which was pitch black so he couldn't see. "Daiyu? Lillith?" He called again not movong from the spot on the stairs. James didnt nesessarily hate the dark but basements freaked him out. Hearing a giggle down the dark hall James called out once more. "Guys?! Come on I got good news! L-lets get out of this creepy cellar and go meet with Cedric!" He shouted down the corridor. Hearing more footsteps go away from him this time he groaned. "Guys cmon!" He took a step down into the darkness and he bit his lip. "Well if theyre down here...." He takes a few steps into the dark and had allowed his eyes to adjust. He couldn't see anyone so far amd it bugged him.

At the sound of the snow-haired boy's voice, the brunet looked up. He was glad that the figure was translucent. "I'm just shocked that you can do stuff like that! Looks like I have to get used to that, too!" he screamed slightly so that Daiyu could hear him.

When James called out, Chris' brother had to follow him. Even he began to feel exasperated. Plus, with the darkness being pitch-black, he should at least keep him company. It was only when he heard his sibling's voice that he was able to identify the direction to take.

"They may be in the garden. It's best to go there."

"Do you want to see my garden?" He asked with a wink and had began to fly once more but made sure that Chris wanted to go with him before lifting him off the ground.

He said taking a look back down the basement to see the door shut on its own and he clung onto Cedric for a moment. "Cmon lets go...." He said kinda in a pathetic way to mask his fear.
