With his gaze resting on their hands still graping each other's, Ryan used his other hand to rub his chin in thought. Coming up with nicknames for someone to pretend that you were their lover, wasn't easy. It was easier to come up with names for friends than this. "I could always go for the basics like dear or love. Sweetheart seems too feminine and I don't want to give a name to you that may be more of an insult than a term of endearment. Or I know a couple of languages, I could always think of a nickname that way." When he thought about it, there may be more options that way, than the normal English way which often led to sweet-pea or good looking. "For some reason, little lamb comes to mind. I heard a man say that to his wife once because she was smaller than he was. He was from Greece so he always called her his arnáki, which meant little lamb. I guess since I am tall, I thought of that."

Nodding, Ryan decided to use the nickname. It fit Dante after all when standing next to Ryan. He was littler and his parents used him like a sacrificial lamb. If you think about it, the name was perfect. Gripping Dante's hand a little, Ryan used it to pull Dante closer, his arm wrapping around his waist as he pulled him closer for a hug. "This would be another that would need to be worked on. Being close is something we'll have to get used to arnáki." Even saying it felt normal to him. It wasn't an odd nickname like sugar or baby, it was one that could just as easily be used on a friend. "Next week will be a breeze for us and we can go back to giving one another space when in the privacy of our home."

Leaning his head down, Ryan nuzzled against Dante's neck, his eyes closing briefly. Dante was rather warm, an although it was not a normal position between friends, but he found it comfortable nonetheless. "You smell good..." Realizing what he said, Ryan pulls away from his spot against Dante's neck and clears his throat, still not moving to separate still. "Sorry, that probably sounded weird. It popped in my head and I have the habit of saying what I am thinking sometimes." With Dante in his arms, it was warm and strangely comfortable, like he might fall asleep if he would be in a comfortable spot. Perhaps they will work on that since they are discussing the idea of having to stay in the same room at occasion. "You're warm too..." This time, he settled for just hugging him closer.

Sighing in relief, Ryan wrapped both arms around Dante's waist as the other male moved closer. He was glad that his comments didn't seem to make Dante feel uncomfortable and now that they were actually doing it, things didn't seem as bad. Talking about it and actually doing it are definitely two different things. "Anything else we need to work on arnáki? I am getting too comfortable and feel sleepy now..." Ryan couldn't remember whether or not he was ever comfortable around anyone he knew. Was it possible that he had shared so much about himself that he was growing accustomed to Dante already? "I think at this point, there is only two other things to work on, sleeping in the same bed for when we have guests and kissing for events." The sleeping part was getting to become more tempting by the minute. With the warmth of them being close, his exhaustion was getting to him more than usual. He really should go to bed more often and stop overworking himself. This time, he settled for just hugging him closer.

Since he had already taken a shower since he had been in the pool earlier, he was probably going to spend time take his work things to his study where he would also grab a copy of the home map for Dante in case he wondered about when Ryan wasn't there. After that, he would retreat to his room to change and await his finance's arrival. "Alright, do you remember how to get to your room, or do you need me to take you there first arnáki?" The more he uttered the name, the easier it became to say it more frequently. It was a good thing that they were both adaptable.
Standing up from the piano seat, Ryan stretched and rolled his sleeves back down before moving the seat back under the piano and turning towards his fiancé. Somehow, since he spent most of the day with him, it felt strange parting now, even if it was going to be for a little while. "I do not mind escorting you to it." This time, he settled for just hugging him closer.

After giving a small nod, he pulled away and took Dante's hand, leading the smaller male out of the room and towards the one that was given to him when he first arrived. After the exit the room, he shut the door behind them and started leading Dante down the hall. They were doing exceptionally well now, and he was sure their parents would appreciate their efforts. After all, they were doing their best for the sake of their families. "I am sure you will become accustomed to our home the longer you're here. You won't need me to show you around anymore after that." The familiar scent of chlorine filled his nose as they passed the pool room before they turned and made their way down Dante's hall. Soon, they would be at his room so he could get ready. Ryan's room and his study were not very far from him either.
When they reached Dante's door, Ryan turned toward him and pointed in the direction that was opposite of where they came. "Go all the way down to the end of the hall on that side and turn right, my room is the door at the end of that hall on the left. It is a light blue colored door so it is hard to miss compared to the plain white ones around it. Just knock and I will let you in okay?"

After Dante had kissed his cheek and retreated to his room, Ryan started in the direction of his study, his thoughts on the events that had passed. It was a little strange how smoothly things were going at the moment. Although they should be glad about this, there was something almost unsettling about it. Strangers shouldn't be comfortable with getting affectionate.
When he reached his office, he put some of his papers away, looked through a few of them before taking the map copy and leaving the room. He had always been content with doing his work, but right now he was just plain not into it. he was tired and there was promise to have his own personal heater to help him sleep peacefully. As he shut the door to his office, he thought about it again. He was looking forward to the idea of having someone to share his bed with. "We're probably just tired..." As he walked to his room, he thought of this, trying to convince himself that lack of sleep was the soul reason this was so easy.
He went into his room and was in the process of dressing when he heard the light knock at his door. He was shirtless and was slipping on his pajama pants which were just a pair of plain black pants that were a little loose on the legs and had white strings to tie at the waist. He was still wearing his choker, but his mp3 player and his headphones were resting on his nightstand. "Come in." Searching through his drawer, he looked for an appropriate night shirt.

Out Of Curiosity:After this, we can time skip to the day of or the day before the celebration. It might speed things up a bit.

He finds a sky blue long-sleeve with a v-neck and settles for that before pulling it from the drawer and shutting it. As he walked towards his bed, he slipped on his shirt, his gaze on Dante as he slipped the material down his toned chest and stomach. When the shirt was in place, he rest on hand on the bed while using the other to reach over to Dante to place under his chin. Setting a knee on the bed, he leaned forward and without letting himself overthink it, he reached his face closer until their lips touched.
It wasn't a quick kiss, nor was it anything more than their lips touching. He pulled away slipping under the blankets himself and lying on his back, his head resting on the pillows. Reaching towards his nightstand, he pulled the switch to his desk lamp to shut of the light. It was off and the light of the moon was all that lit up the room. He turned towards Dante with a small smile before opening his arm on the side the raven haired male was sitting on. "Come closer arnáki. "
