Haruki was still immersed in the news, hoping that the drivers who were the instigators had learned their lesson. Once the news was done, he changed to another channel, this time about movies. The current title was about a gay couple facing the challenges in pursuing a relationship in real life. He just frowned at the part where one of the guys revealed that he was not the biological child of his current family. He now realized that the male was somewhat similar to him. Nonetheless, he decided to let it slide as the movie went on.

Skylar couldn't sleep just let and so he decided to stay up a bit longer to read one of the books he had bought earlier in the week. Every now and then his mind wandered back to Haruki, and even if they barely knew each other, he couldn't help but feel safe and comfortable around him. He had no idea why as no one else, male or female had made him feel this way. Was he falling for the other male? Maybe but he decided to see how their newfound friendship went first.

Tha bartender yawned, knowing that he was now feeling sleepy as the movie went on. He turned off the TV with the remote, setting the device back on the table before lying down on the couch. He stared at the ceiling for a few moments, still pondering on what to do next once his shift would be over tomorrow. Would he like to send him out on a date? No, that would be too sudden. It wasn't long before sleep claimed him, allowing him to nap.

Eventually, Skylar decided to get some sleep and with that decision, he closed his book,setting on his bedside dresser, setting the alarm to his phone for 8am before turning off the light and snuggling deep under his comforter and falling into a deep sleep, the last thing on his mind being Haruki. What on earth was going to do? With a sigh he shifted to get more comfortable being settling once again.

As it turned out, he woke up at 9 PM, meaning the nap was a bit longer that he had anticipated. Yawning while ruffling his hair, not believe that he left his glasses on, he stood up to fix a quick dinner for himself. He settled for instant noodles inside the kitchen pantry, seafood being the flavor, opening the top of the plastic cup before pouring hot water through the thermos. He covered the top with a saucer, leaving the silverware spoon on top, before returning to his bedroom , preparing his stuff for work tomorrow.

Skype shifted around in his bed, trying to get comfortable once more but it was not meant to be. He woke up around 11pm with a sigh before sitting up in bed. He didn't know why he couldn't sleep. He ran a hand through his blue locks before deciding to make some hot chocolate. That always helped him sleep. With that he slid out of bed a d headed to the kitchen.

Haruki didn't need that much stuff to bring, except for his extra set of clothes as well as a collection of music CDs as the mood setter aside from the essentials. Once he got everything he needed in the bag, he returned to the kitchen to fetch his noodles before turning on the TV screen, watching another movie. This time, it was about The Avengers. He simply slurped on his noodles as he took in every action scene of the movie.

Skylar made sure to grab his comforter before settling himself down on the couch. He grabbed his remote, clicking the DVD button and started the first season of Criminal Minds. He then settled back with his mug in hand and watched the series until he had actually fallen asleep this time around, snuggled deep under his comforter on the couch.

By the time the movie was done, he was yawning, his mouth opening wide. He turned off the TV before going back to the kitchen, washing the plastic cup because of the intention to recycle, taking care of the environment. The spoon was next before both of them were placed on the rack and he picked up the dried dishes to be stashed back into the dish cabinet. And he immediately departed back to his bedroom, taking off the glasses this time and setting them on the nightstand. He set the alarm of his digital clock to 6 AM before lying down on his bed, clutching onto the blankets before falling asleep for real this time.

Skylar woke up when he heard his alarm go off. He groaned slightly as he slipped from under the warmth to turn the damn thing off. With a yawn he made his way to the kitchen to make some coffee before heading to the shower while it brewed. He was not a morning person bathe had several morning appointment s that could not be missed, so he sucked it up as he started the shower. He just hoped that he didn't get overwhelmed like last time. And with that ,he removed his clothes and stepped into the shower.

It was a good thing that the alarm clock impeded him from having his strangely pleasant dreams with the incubus, since he simply didn't know how to react at that imagination. Smacking the button to shut it off, he sat up on the bed with a yawn, stretching his arms to loosen up and reaching for his glasses afterwards. Once he went out of bed, he tidied up the mattress before folding the blanket. Now that his bed was tidied up, he could now focus on taking a shower to prepare himself for work. He fetched a clean pair of jeans, the fabric frayed at the knees, as well as a lemon-green T-shirt, from the closet before departing to the bathroom to take a shower. It took him ten minutes before he finished the task, drying himself off with a towel and hanging the fabric on the rack. He brushed his teeth, making sure not to miss any spots, before rinsing his mouth off the suds and washing both the toothbrush and the glass, leaving the device inside the drinking vessel before leaving the bathroom and venturing downstairs to the kitchen.

After his shower and getting dressed, Skylar got ready to head to the hospital but not before filling a thermos with coffee as he was going to need it today. He would grab some breakfast on the way to work and with that he grabbed his backpack that he used for work, his cellphone, his keys and his thrermos and headed for the door. He made sure to lock his door before heading outside and down the street to the hospital, stopping by a bakery for some breakfast before moving on. He wonders what Haruki was up to now.

The breakfast Haruki was currently having consisted of French toast with maple syrup, with black coffee as his choice of hot beverage. As he ate and drank, the news reporter narrated about the launch of a new gadget, the latest model for a smartphone brand. As tempting as it sounded, he had to look at the reviews first; he shouldn't spend money on stuff that bore good looks but lacking substance. More importantly, he had other stuff to cough out his dough with. With a sigh, he switched channels, the cooking competition being the on-going show once he stopped shifting. He looked at the watch; 40 minutes left before he had to show up for the shift. He turned off the TV and finished the rest of his breakfast before picking up his dishes and cup and heading to the kitchen to wash them clean.

Skylar sighed as he made his way to his office, ignoring various nurses and other doctors trying to get his attention. He unlocked his office door, stepping inside before closing it behind him and blocking out the noise. He set his backpack down on a nearby couch, pulling out his doctor coat, placing it on just as there was a knock on his door. "Come in." he said as he walked around his office, gathering what he needed for his appointments. The door opened to reveal a blonde nurse. "You're 9am is here, Dr." she said, holding up a clipboard. The blue haired beauty nodded before grabbing the clipboard and headed to the room his patient was in , ignoring he nurse who followed him like a puppy. And so it begins.

As soon as he was done with the chore, he returned to the bedroom, picking up his bag and cellphone before locking the door closed and returning to the living room. He put on his coat, picked up his keys and put on his shoes before leaving his apartment, making sure that the front door stayed locked as well. He decided to walk on the way to the nightclub, entering through the employee area. The first thing he did upon entering his workplace was to clean up the bar before the party would begin later tonight. Also, he had to look at the request form for liquor supplies, so he wrote down the brands that needed restocking and sent the form to his boss. Besides, he was in the mood to send the same drink that induced Skylar's attention towards him later on during the time the night club would be open. But for now, keeping everything tidy was his first priority.
