Ice walked over and sat down in the chair across from Lang that she had motioned to. "Just call me a chameleon," she replied to Lang's comment about how she hadn't had any trouble adjusting. Lang started to tell her about her schedule for the day, and Ice made mental highlights of anything she thought she might need to remember later. Which was pretty much most of it. Apparently, they would be going to her gallery, and then the chemical laboratory if they had enough time. And since it was a regular thing for her, Ice could get a look around and get familiar with the place. Ice planned on doing exactly that. She always made it a habit to know the ins and outs of places her charges regularly frequented, and tried to at least familiarize herself with exit points of any place they found themselves in.

She was proud to say she didn't crinkle her nose on the clothes part. Ice wasn't a typical girl in a lot of ways, but one of the many things that set her apart was the fact that she wasn't that big on clothes. She usually found clothes shopping boring, and her only concern with clothe was if they were comfortable, and didn't hinder her fighting ability. But, she had gotten used to that part of the job a long time. Especially during her time working in Hollywood. To keep from sticking out like a sore thumb, Ice had had to wear fancy dresses and heels, and things that she hadn't cared for in the slightest. Ever try taking down a six food plus, two hundred and something pound man in a mini-dress and six inches stiletto heels? It wasn't easy. Oh, Ice had managed to accomplish it, but it hadn't been easy, and she'd split the dress.

Lang began talking again, and Ice's thoughts about the damned mini-dress disaster scattered as Ice tuned back into reality and what Lang was saying. When Lang had finished, and said that if she didn't have any questions, they could get going, Ice hesitated only for a second. She had a few thoughts on the matter, but she decided that she'd deal with them as they crossed that bridge, and not bother getting into it now. To be honest, she was anxious to get going. The sooner she officially got a job going, the sooner she could settle in to it and figure out exactly what she'd gotten herself into. So with a shrug, Ice stood up. "Nothing for right now," she said, pushing her chair in. "I'm ready when you are. I'm curious to see this gallery and lab that you mentioned," she added, waiting on Lang to lead the way. She paused for a second, one question dawning on her that she probably should ask. "Is it just us going?" she asked, remembering the others that lived there as well. Ice had lost track on counting them, but there had been a few that had stuck out more than others. The biggest thing she had noticed, was that it was all women that lived there. In fact, the only men she had seen thus far was Erik, and the two dudes she'd fought last night for a test. Not that Ice was complaining though, she had always preferred the company of women anyway.

Mention of chamelon earned Ice an amused smile from her employer and the mention of fighting with dress even a laugh, which despite Lang's hoarse voice sounded rather pleasant.
"Then we can go." She stood up leaving the used cup on the table and with a single hand gesture beconed the blonde woman to follow her.
Lang followed back the path from yesterday going around the gym all the way to the T junction with the first hallway leading to the exit, but she turned to the other side leading deeper inside the building. After few more meter the hallway made another turn to right, though it was a weirdly short stub housing only one door on its side. After opening it another hallway was reveled, but this one was fitted with wine-colored carpet dark wooden panneling and dimmed lights.
"My office is to the right." The ravehaired woman said but turned left instead. After another turn one could see its a mirror-image of the hallway from other side. After walking around two door eych visibly marked as men and women bathroom the words nightclub or brothel came to mind and when the hallway opened up in an atrium with big entrance on its right side, the nightclub part started to sound more true.

"And this is my humble establishment." Lang said with a light smile and proud tone gesturing for the huge room. It was empty and only soft music sounded from inside, probably played only for the few people cleaning and polishing the inside. Given the morning time one could understand why no guests were here yet and on that account the different day rutine of her tenants became more than understandable.
"Well then..." Li walked to the min entrence on other side of the atrium and after unlocking the door opened it for Ice. "...shall we?"

After closing and locking the heavy, main door behind both of them Li walked to a waiting taxi. The driver evidently knows Her, because he only nodded to greet her and didn't even bother to start the taxameter. "Take us to Emillia's Hernando." The brunette said sliding deeper inside to make room for Ice.
"As you wish missy." Came the reply from the aged driver as he started up his car.

Ice turned and left the room, following Lang, retracing their path from the night before. Ice remembered the path, and the small little landmarks that she had filed away in her head in case she had gotten lost during her roaming around the place. It hadn't happened yet, but that was probably because Ice had taken such extra care in noticing her surroundings and remembering where she was. An incident in her younger days had forced her to make that into a regular habit to avoid it happening again. Down one of the hallways that was farther into the building, Lang pointed out her office, and Ice added it to her mental map for later use if needed.

A bit more walking and they eventually reached a large entrance way that led into the night club. Ice arched an eyebrow as she looked around, taking the scene in. Huh. She hadn't thought that the club was actually attached to the same building that Lang lived in. But, she supposed in hindsight that not only did it make sense, but it was also practical. It had to make things that much easier. And, it also explained a bit about the nocturnal schedule of the other occupants in the place that Ice had noticed last night. Well, that made sense, then. She scanned the faces of the people that were already working in the club, getting it ready for later. Considering the time of day, Ice wasn't surprised to find only workers inside, and was actually glad for it. It would give her a chance to start to get familiar with the other employees so that she would be able to tell who was a regular there and who was a customer, who should be there and who was trespassing. That kind of thing.

She also took a moment to take in the club itself. It was a nice place, and Ice even liked the purple color scheme that the place had going on. She glanced over at Lang when she called it her 'humble establishment', picking up on her tone when she said it,. Clearly, Lang was proud of the place, and with good reason. It certainly must have took a lot of work to get it to this point. "It's a nice place. Looks like it's probably a lot of fun," she commented, nodding her head towards the rest of the room.

She followed Lang towards the door, but a few feet behind as she took the extra time to file away the faces of everyone she saw in the club, before she turned and followed Lang to the door. Once Lang had opened it, Ice slipped through the door first. That was a personal rule of hers. Whenever Ice was working for someone, she would make sure that she went through the door first, to make sure that there wasn't anything, or anyone, waiting on the other side. Especially when it was what Ice silently referred to as a 'high risk client'. She was only starting to get used to her current client, but so far Ice could see placing her in that category.

Once outside, Lang locked the door and went towards a taxi that was waiting. Ice was a bit skeptical at first, finding it suspicious that the taxi was just waiting on them. Until she saw the actions between the two, and how he did't even bother to start the meter. That told Ice that there must have been some kind of a deal between them, and he was probably another one of her employees. As Lang climbed into the car, Ice took one more look around to make sure that there wasn't anyone lurking around, before she slid into the car beside Lang, as Lang instructed the driver to take them to Emillia's Hernado. Ice hadn't heard of that place, yet. Throughout the ride, Ice would continue to glance out the back window and make sure that they weren't being followed. In Ice's line of work, she had learned you never be too careful.

As the taxi took off Lang leaned forward and placed a hand on the drivers shoulder. "Its been pretty long since you visited our establishment. Any trouble I can help with?"
With just that the profesional aura of the driver lowered another level. "Business is getting harder lately." He grinned at her, but still kept his eyes on the road. "The construction works on second and third make it damn hard to move around city and they are just for show I tell you ..."
As the man started talking one could see he was a very comunicative person who on top was natural in pulling his passengers into conversation. Though this time his oponent was the night-club owner. With and agreement there and a well placed question there she made him do all the talking. Not that he had an problem with that complaining about the ruthless concurence and giving out juicy details of a goverment officials and his new lover in red dress.

Ice watching the road to see any sign's of porsuit was successfull to some extent. But for some reason it was a very weird group that did it. The strategy wasn't all that bad, they managed to change the porsuit teams in the right interval. Though someone forgot to tell them that their car shouldnt look like something from a hip-hop clip or that they should not follow someone through small backalley's that the taxi driver used as shortcut's.
As things started to get too dumb to watch, they stopped for no apparent reason. The only explanation was that the taxi got in a better district and police car's could be see more often.
After another ten minutes the car stopped by a store which did not look all that high class as Lang noted her tastes were, but with her there was mostly more hidden than the eye saw. The store name Emillia's made it definite that this was the right place.
"Thank you Hernando. I'll call you when we need to get back." The dark-haired woman said stepping out of the car and waving at driver.

The inside o the store looked a bit better than one could think.

"Take whatever you thin you'll need and well see what will suit you and dont worry. They can make adjustments to the clothes so they will fit like tailored for you." The dark-haired woman said turning around to greet the clerk.

Ice let glance shift to Lang and the driver for a moment as the two started talking. Lang starting the conversation and the driver having no problem running with it. That was one thing that was different about them, Ice silently noted. Ice was perfectly fine with silence, and not making small talk. Although that was largely due to the fact that it wasn't a strong point of hers. For the majority of her life, Ice had pretty much been a loner. Even as a child, she had mostly been on her own. Hence why she was so independent; she hadn't had any choice but to be. And in the long run, Ice had found that it was really best that way. Lonely, yes. But safer.

Still listening to the conversation with one ear, Ice turned her attention back to the windows and their surroundings. There wasn't anything too unusual at first. Until she spotted a car that stuck out like a sore thumb. That in itself only made Ice cautious at first. Plenty of people had weird cars, and even more people purposely made them weird to stand out. A professional that was attempting to follow Lang would have surely been more subtle about it. . . or so Ice had thought, until the driver took a short cut through a back ally and the car followed. Ice actually rolled her eyes then. Were they being followed by the cast of Dumb and Dumber? Obviously they didn't have a lot of common sense to them, or thought their car being weird made it invisible. Either way, it made them weird in a lot of ways, and especially compared to the people that Ice was used to seeing lurking in the rear view mirror. It made her more curious who it was than actually worried her. Although Ice never let guard down anyway.

Eventually the car stopped following them, which made Ice even more curious what the purpose had been. Especially since they still had too far to go for the following car to have been able to guess where they were going. Sighing, Ice stood her head and began looking around for anything else suspicious. When the taxi came to a stop in front of a store, Ice gave it a silent once over. It didn't exactly look like what she thought it would, but thinking back to the building Lang lived in and how different it was inside from it's outside appearance, she had a feeling this was a similar situation. She muttered a thanks to the driver, before climbing out of the taxi just a little ahead of Lang so that she could look around for any possible threats. Luckily, she didn't see anything. No suspicious people, or weird cars trailing behind.

When they went inside the store, Ice let out a low whistle, taking a slightly extra slow look around. She had suspected that it would be nicer inside than it appeared outside, but she hadn't expected it to be quite so nice. Once inside, Land told her to pick out what she thought she'd need, and that they could make adjustments to it so that they would fit good. "Alright, I'll look around," Ice said. While she was used to having to trade her real style for a style that fit the job better, this was the first time she'd actually had her boss go shopping with her. Actually, it was the first time anyone had went shopping with her period.

Letting out a breath that ruffled her bangs, Ice turned and moved towards the clothes. For the next several moments, she looked through the various clothes, and picking out a few things here and there. She tried to pick out stuff that would work, yet she felt comfortable wearing. Hence why nothing was too short or too tight, nothing that she thought might hinder her fighting abilities. She also picked out everything in black, her favorite color. When she had a decent stack of possible clothes, she headed into the changing room to try the stuff on. Thirty minutes later, she had eliminated half of the stack, but was pretty happy with the remaining eight pieces. She had two dresses, two pairs of pants, two shirts, and two pairs of shows; one heels and one flats. She had tried to pick out an outfit for whatever occasion that might happen.

After her bodyguard started to search for her new clothing Lang just leaned on the register table and started another lively conversation with the clerk. And when Ice returned the dark-haired woman was even holding, now an empty, cup from coffee with a distant look on her face as the woman behind counter was giving an advice to another customer. As she focused on the chosen clothing she sighed.
"I see that you and Eric have lot in common." She said the light smile returning to her lips, this time a spark of mischief twinkled in her eyes.
"As reassuring it may be, unlike him you are required to be by my side and I visit lot less burials than you seem to think." With that Lang took one of the chosen dresses, both shirts and after a moment of deliberation one pair of pants leaving the rest on at the cashier's desk. Leisurely she placed the picked clothing over her forearm and with her free hand grabbed Ice beconing her back to the changing room.

"You will stay here and put on what I bring you." Within moments she was back with a very similar dress as her bodyguard picked but in indigo. "And I want to see how they look on you."

After that Lang brought black dress with extensive lime embroidery. This has a high collar covering while neck and free back and shoulders.
Then came the infamous red dress. It had the same body hugging qualities as her own purple, but this one had a slanted cut only to mid thigh and another slanted layer on the other side, giving the impression of barerly covering whats underneath.
And as last was a black suit, but with man's cut a dark-grey vest and black shirt.
After that the raven-haired woman just stood back and waited for her blond guardian to show her the dresses.

When Lang said that she tended to visit a lot less burials than Ice seemed to think, Ice tilted her head, a very small grin tugging at her lips. "It's not that. It's that I'm allergic to too bright colors," she said dryly. That was actually Ice's sense of humor showing itself just a little, but whether or not Lang could catch that, Ice would just have to wait and see. Some people didn't get her dry sense of humor, while others caught on quickly. Ice had a very dry, sarcastic sense of humor, but she certainly wasn't about to change it just to be like everyone else. If anything, Ice liked being different. Sighing, Ice crossed her arms over her chest and waited on Lang to come back. . . with a dress that was in indigo. Well, at least it wasn't pink. Lang left again, only to come back with a few more items, one was a black dress. It wasn't exactly like what Ice had picked out, but wasn't bad with the lime embroidery. Although it showed a bit more skin than Ice normally preferred. She eyed the red one cautiously. She wasn't sure how she was supposed to fight in that one. At least not without a few unfortunate incidents happening. Her favorite was probably the black suit, it was the closest to Ice's style because. . . well mainly because it had pants.

Ice sighed, grabbing the stack of clothes and disappeared into the dressing room. She had done a lot of odd things in her many jobs, however modeling clothes had never been one of those things. It was. . . odd, to say the least. Granted, she had had to find clothes to blend in to certain situations, but most of the time, her employer didn't insist on helping pick out said outfits. There was a first time for everything, she guessed. Shrugging off the fact that she wasn't really a big clothes shopper, Ice grabbed the top outfit off the stack that she had taken into the dressing room with her, which was the black dress with the lime embroidery. After taking a minute to change into it, and get used to the feeling of wearing a dress instead of her usual jeans, she left the dressing room for Lang to see it.

The employer examined Ice as she got out of the dressing room with critical eye. "Very good." She walked around the blonde to get different angles with short stop behind to see her bare back.
"Very good indeed. Despite your allergy the colors seem to agree with you." She continued her prise stopping in front of her with toughtful look.
"We could make some changes in your hairstyle." Without waiting for the answer the raven-haired woman stepped closer and brushed few strands of hair behind Harts ear. "Though we should manage with some accesories."
She stepped back again. "And shoes ... mid-thigh? No knee-high to this one. I guess you would like them with steel tips. Now the next dress."

Ice slowly pulled in a deep breath, letting it out slowly. Having to model clothes hadn't exactly been what she had been expecting with the new job, and it certainly wasn't something that she normally did, so it was so far out of her comfort zone that she couldn't even see it anymore. Which was actually saying a lot because Ice had done a lot of unusual things in her life. But, she silently had to remind herself that she needed the job, and badly, and that she'd be done with picking out the clothes before she knew it. Or at least she hoped. She snapped out of her thoughts when she heard Lang say something about her hair, and before Ice realized it, Lang had moved some of her hair behind her ear. Ice cleared her throat, crossing her arms over her chest and purposely tried to ignore the way that her pulse automatically -and against her will- sped up. She silently scolded herself, reminding herself that she was a professional, and that she never mixed her own personal feelings and a job and especially not with the client themselves.

It was just sometimes easier said than done.

Lang went on to talking about shoes, and saying that she guessed that she would like them with steel tips. Ice snorted, a small smirk tugging at her lips. "Aw, it's like you know me so well already," she replied. Sighing, she turned and walked back into the changing room. She eyed the stack of clothes, then tossed her eyes and reached her hand out, grabbing the first outfit it came into contact with and picked it up. It turned out to be the red dress. After slipping it on, Ice glanced at herself in the mirror and frowned. It revealed a lot more skin than she normally went with, although what made her uncomfortable was the fact that she wasn't all that sure how well she could fight in the thing. Shaking her head, she turned and walked out again.

"As I said I already have the pleasure of working with one safety maniac." Lang answers with theatrical sigh. Despite her words she seems to be enjoying herself, mostly with making Ice uncomfortable with modeling.
The second dress made her rise eyebrows, she was expecting the blonde to take it last. "Interesting." The toughtful look returns as she takes in the sight before her. "Still ... it will need few adjustments."
Once again she makes a round around her bodyguard tugging on the pleats making the skirt-part. One lifting slightly, though its more to see how it fits. As the raven-haired woman finishes her round she slips one hand behind the blondes neck, gathering her platinum hair and moveing it over the shoulder to the front.
"Yes, that will do nicely." Lang examined the result. "You can get the next dress."

Ice probably wouldn't have not only put the dress she was currently wearing off until last had she thought about it too much, but she probably would have 'accidentally' lost it somewhere in the dressing room. Which had been why she had just randomly picked an outfit with her eyes closed, to get it over with. In her line of work, and her life in general, she had learned to overlook a lot of things, and to always remember that it would be over with before she knew it. She reminded herself of this often, either because it was something she didn't like. . . or because it was something she did and she wanted to keep herself from getting hurt. Burned before, Ice wasn't about to make that mistake again.

Crossing her arms over her chest, Ice waited while Lang looked at the dress, and said that it would need a few adjustments. As long as it wasn't pink, she'd deal with it. Pink was where she drew the line. Although Ice wasn't exactly comfortable with having Lang actually mess around with the outfit. She was hardly shy, but it was more her stubbornness kicking in and not wanting someone else to tell her what she could and couldn't wear. After another moment or two, Lang said to move on to the next dress. Without a word, Ice turned on her heel and went back into the dressing room, closing the door behind her with her foot and not wasting any time in pulling the dress off.

Doing the same as before, Ice closed her eyes and grabbed a random outfit out of the stack. Opening her eyes she found that she'd grabbed the black suit. Well, at least that one was a little more Ice's own style. She always preferred pants to skirts or dresses, and black was her signature color. Taking a moment to slip into the outfit, she finally opened the door and walked back out, this time feeling a little more comfortable in the clothes than she had the previous two.
