~@~ is an employee in the department that is forced to clean up government mistakes, and due to being the youngest person in his team, he's usually stuck with dealing with human experiments, as the government avoid using anyone above the age of 30 to play with, so when something goes wrong, they get sent to ~@~. Experiments are given new names and their existence is erased to the outside world, the aim is to make a superior race, one that's strong and self-healing, but this of course, comes with consequences, many subjects die and more have become what can only be seen as monsters. ~@~ had came into work only to find he had been given a special 'patient', Kian, who had responded positively to the testing, only to fail last minute, which has left him dangerous and volatile, yet they're unable to exterminate him because he could finally be the end of the experimentation, therefore ~@~ is left to try and convince Kian to calmly accept the opportunity.

Bio: Kian lived on his own, in a small, cheap apartment, he was barely keeping up with paying for college and was forced to drop out before he could finish his course. He had a small group of friends, and even though he didn't see them much once he dropped out, he loved every minute he was with them, they had offered to help pay for his tuition, but he refused, unable to allow himself to become a burden to them.
One night, after coming home from a day full of job interviews, Kian had been ambushed by two government agents, and no amount of screaming had saved him, no one in his apartment block tried to help, they had only drew their curtains shut and closed the windows. He suffered a year of endless torture, which had turned the previously sweet boy sour. Despite the progress his 'doctor' had claimed they had made, Kian still saw himself as a monster, the fault in his experimentation was how he could only eat human meat and he acquired 'tails' that would sprout from his tail bone when he was distressed, and he ended up attacking the scientists and killing a few interns when he had almost escaped the building, almost. After being restrained Kian was shipped to another government building, where he was to meet his new 'doctor'.
