Aside from the buffet, drinks had flown freely, though it was just fruit punch but with a twist concocted also by the chef. Haruki let Skylar take a bite of his food through the spoon feeding treatment, making sure that the incubus would enjoy the meal. It was the least he could do for letting him stay in the apartment for the night and he was ecstatic about letting him borrow one of his novels. There would be more to come during the honeymoon, but he was content in this moment for now.

Skylar giggled at thier antics, blushing when Haruki spoo-fed him his good. It was good! He did yhe same for said male, ignoring the cat-calls and wolf-whistles as well as the "lucky b*****d" comments with a roll of his eyes. He was so happy he could enjoy this with the other and couldn't wait to go to Paris as he had always wanted to go there, to see what it was like and he finally got to go. It was even better when he got to do it with the man he loved.

The silent glare from Haruki made the others hush after a long while, and they continued on with the meal with no intention to piss off the bartender. Haruki was relieved, and he spent the rest of the time talking about other plans for the nightclub. Of course, he kept the plans about the honeymoon a secret because somewhat, they deserve to be left out of the good stuff after messing with him a bit too much. Only the demon himself would get that, and that was a promise.

Skylar smiled lovingly at Haruki before turning backnto his food, taking a sip of his punch. Mmm. This was rather good. He made sure that there was nothing wrong with it as he did not want a repeat of that incident. He heard the music start to play, a nice, steady beat that had him bobbing his head to it and He felt like dancing. With a decison, he tapped Haruki on the shoulder to get his attention. "Haruki. Would you like to dance, Haruki?" he asked with a smile at the older male.

It wasn't long before the music became alive and it was a lively one, inducing some cheers from his workmates. Haruki was caught off-guard by the tapping on the shoulder and he smiled, standing and grasping his wrist before pulling him up. The beats were inducing a bit more of the adrenaline rush and he was swaying to the DJ's remix. "Just stay close to me, okay?" He whispered as he ensured that the other would be safe and sound in case the others would not get the message.

Skylar blinked when Haruki grabbed his wrist but henjust smiled and allowed him to take him to the dance floor. "Okay."he replied to the statement happily, being sure to do just that as he didn't want any misunderstandings, the gold ring on his finger made damn sure of that. He would have to thank his aunt later when they came back from thier honeymoon. He watched a woman out of the corner of his eye, watching Haruki and glared at her. She got the message and backed off.

Together with the golden ring, the silver one complimented well, a sign that the two were taken and that it would be best to just leave the two alone. A few girls, however, didn't get the message at first until they saw the bands and decided to get out, more so with the fear of the demon beside him. As the music went along, the movements became faster, with some headbanging here and there, but all in all, there was still some decency even with the beverage that they had consumed. There was no sensual movement between them since it was best reserved till vacation.

Skylar was more than happy to just be held by Haruki as the tempo continues. "So, are you excited for our honeymoon?" he asked, looking up at his mate with shining blue eyes and a wide smile. He knew he was and once again couldn't help but think about all the fun they would have there. He also made a mental note to ask Ameila where the Chateaux was located so they knew where to go when they landed. It would be quite upsetting if they had no idea.of where to go.

Haruki simply chuckled, though his heart melted a bit at the sight of the demon's smiling face. "Indeed. And we can have all the fun we want," he spoke in a low tone reserved only for his mate. But the bartender just danced along with him afterwards, wanting to pass the time a bit quickly. Ever since the major problems had been resolved, there were fewer nuisances to deal with to disrupt their time together. And that's what he wanted the most.

Skylar couldn't help the light blush that formed on his fave at Haruki's time. "I bet we will." he replied as they continues to dance. Even more so when a slow one started playing. With that song, he rested his head on the other's shoulder, just sawtimg to the music and content in Haruki's arms. Who knew that moving here would eventually come to this? Not that we was complaining but still, he was glad the he did. He could.have done with out all the crazies but he and Haruki survived and that's all that mattered.

With the slow music coming along, Haruki wrapped his arms around the incubus and he inhaled the tantalizing scent of his skin as he buried his nose in his hair. Now he yearned to just touch and kiss and make love to him until Skylar would scream his name, but again, there was still the honeymoon. There was only silence as the music played, both of them being lost in their own world. He should savor the last moments of the nightclub before they would travel to France, since the traveling would be hectic until they would settle down at the chateaux.

Skylar was doing the same, breathing in his scent as theybswayed together. He had never felt so protected, safe, and loved by another. Except his mom but that was a different kind of love. Not the kind he was feeling for Haruki. Oh, how he wanted this man to take him home and make love to him over and over but he knew that they had both promised not to do anything until the honeymoon. It was very hard to do so but he would do it. For Haruki and for himself. He didn't know how long they danced but it was definitely for awhile not that he cared at the moment.

Nonetheless, the slow music stopped and they had to face reality. There was a soft applause from the co-workers who watched them dance, and the bartender let go of him to grab his mic, thanking everyone for organizing the event for them both. But still, the human had no intention of sharing the news about the vacation and stated that they would be away for a long time, though a few already knew the implication. Not that he would mind anyway, but it was best to just leave the commentary to themselves.

Skylar blinked at the applause but smiled and waved toneberyone before watching Haruki take the mike, thanking everyone for thier their hard work on the party and that they would be away for a bit. That reminded him that he had to call the hospital as in all his excitement he had totally forgotten. He did not want them to go in a panic that he had left without telling them where he had gone. Yeah. That would not do well and quickly brought out his cell, calling the hospital. He explained what was going on, brushing away the congratulations, and told then th t he would be awake for a week at least. After that, he hung up and waited for Haruki.

After the party, Haruki was going home with Skylar, back to the bartender's own apartment. As he was on the way through the cab, he heard a call from both his parents, asking how he had been. He simply stated that they were going to prepare for the trip, and the mom simply wished him good luck because the father was asleep, tired from work. Once he hung up, he yawned, feeling a bit sleepy. He just wanna take a nap before packing up for the trip to France.
