The human shook his head but saw the amused glint in his eyes and was immediately captivated by them. Definitely, the incubus was tempting him, a little imp that he always was back then. "Unpacking can wait a bit." He closed his eyes and yawned since he somewhat lacked sleep during the trip. "Just let me sleep for a moment." They would be so into it later, but not when he was feeling groggy from jet lag.

"Okay. Sweet dreams." Skylar replied before standing up and leaving the bedroom, letting Haruki sleep while he explored the place. It was a lot bigger than he thought it would be but there was nothing wrong with that. He headed to the kitchen, checking cabinets and the pantry to see that they wers fully stocked with food and such. There was even a pool and garden in the back. Awesome. After a bit of exploring, he decided to take a shower and then maybe make a snack for both him and Haruki as airplane food was not very filling.

Relieved that Skylar left him alone so that he could sleep, he let Morpheus work his magic, closing his eyes and letting slumber take over him. He had woken up a few hours later, only to see that that it was now late morning. He left the bedroom, shutting the door softly as he looked for his lover. Now was the time to finally get started on the fun they were seeking after, but not when he would finally spot him. Because the place was huge, the search would be quite challenging, but he would not quit until the other would be found.

Skylar was in the kitchen, working on making some lunch for Haruki when he would wake. He had found a radio as well on the counter and turned it to a station where the song was in English before humming along to whatever song was on, not knowing that Haruki was awake and looking for him. He started swaying from side to side to the music, enjoying the nice breeze that blew into the open window. If Haruki was looking for him, all he had to so was follow the music and he would find himself.in the kitchen and his beloved.

Sure enough, the music did help as a guide to aid Haruki to where Skylar was at: in the kitchen while cooking some lunch for him. Instinctively, he walked towards him, wrapping his arms around the incubus from behind and kissing his cheek. "So, what's cooking, chef?" he questioned the male with a goofy grin. The food already smelled great and he just couldn't wait to devour whatever the demon had concocted for the meal, the fuel for their fun later on.

Skylar started in surprise when he felt a pair of arms wrap around his waist but relaxed when he realized who it was. "Hmm. Just some lasagna and a light salad." He he replied after a beat of silence. "So, did you have a nice nap?" he asked, continuing to make the salad as the lasagna was in the oven cooking. It should be done in a few but until then he just finished whatever he was doing while thinking about the fun they were going to have later on. He could not wait.

The bartender hummed in delight at the mention of the meal and nodded at the question of the nap. "Definitely, so that I'll feel better after the jet lag." He then sat down on the chair next to the dining table, still smelling the food that the other was still cooking. Man, he was getting hungrier with each passing second the more he stared at his lover doing the task. Not to mention that the urge to just take him there in the kitchen was strong but he had to contain the urge.

"Well, that is good." Skylar replied with a smile at his lover as he finished making the salad. He placed it on the table before going to the oven to get the lasagna, making sure he was wearing mitts as it was hot and he did not want to burn himself. He used his hips to close the oven door as his hands were full before heading back over to the tavle, setting it down along with the salad as well as drinks for the two of them. "Lunch is served." he said with another smile before making a plate for Haruki, setting it down in front of him before taking a seat himself. "Hope you like it." He added.

The major whiff of lasagna was the first smell he encountered when Skylar announced that lunch was served, though he saw the way he swayed his hips to close the oven beforehand. He prayed for thanks before taking a generous portion of the lasagna alongside the salad. He tasted the salad first since the lasagna was still hot and he had to let it cool down a bit. "Mmmm... Just the right amount of dressing." That was his compliment before eating another forkful of the salad once more. Plus, it did help that the dressing was put just before he would serve the meal for the two of them.

Skylar smiled at him as he fixed his own plate. "I do try. I glad yoy like it." he said with another smile before starting on his own food. He was happy that Haruki was enjoying his food, that meant that he would have energy for later which he was looking forward to as they had gone almost an entire week without doing anything besides the oral and frankly, he was just a bit wound up more than usual. He licked his lips of dressing and sauce, not knowing.how seductive it looked before taking a sip of his drink to wash the food down.

He went on with the lasagna next now that it had cooled slightly, the taste of tomato sauce, beef and cheese invading his taste buds as he chewed. "It tastes so good." However, he saw the incubus licking his own lips and his heart raced a bit, as if the camera zoomed in and the action was viewed in slow motion. Haruki was entranced even more at the sight; the longer he was in a relationship with him, the more he would fall into the hazardous temptations just to appease the other's demonic side. He chugged on the drink slowly to distract himself from the trance.

Skylar gavr another smile. "Good. Eat as much as you want." he replied before going back to his food once again until he noticed a shift in the air. "You okay, Haruki" he asked, seeming to sense that the other male was just a bit flustered. Hmm. Wondered why? Was it something he did? Interesting. He pushed his inner demon down, not wanting it to rear its head right here in the kitchen, although it would be fun to see the look on Haruki's face when he pounced on him. He mentally shook his head at the thought as he waited for an answer from his other half.

It didn't help that Skylar had asked him why he ended up like that as soon as he was done drinking his beverage. Haruki chuckled, waving a dismissive hand. "I-I'm fine." Even he had to wait before they would start on the love fest. As he continued eating, he then thought of a question. "You said that this chateau had been here for generations, but for how many decades? Or centuries, if that was more fitting." At least he would stop himself from satiating that inner desire of his with that extemporaneous conversation.

Skylar raised an eyebrow at Haeuki's stutter. "Hm. If you say so." he replied, not believing the other male but let it go for now and finished off his food. He blinked at the question before shrugging. "Not really sure but I think that my aunt said maybe over 500-800 centuries. It could be more but she didn't remember." He added, letting the other change the topic away from himself. He took a long sip of his drink as he leaned back in his chair, falling into thought as they fell into a comfortable silence.

The bespectacled man nodded in agreement at the explanation. "Oh, I see." He then ate the rest of the food in silence and he was now all set to put the dishes and glass he had used into the sink. That was when he spotted the tile designs that he had not seen before in most of the hardware stores that he had visited during renovations for his apartment and caressed one of them gently, feeling a slight weight. "Must be hand-crafted... That's amazing."
