And this is how the story is told.

One night, I was asleep and my dream started. It was a Cowboy Bebop dream. I dreamt that I was with the crew of the Bebop, just hanging around. We get a call from Jet's police bud saying that a big time gang boss just busted out of jail. The cops put a bounty of 25 million on his head alive. This brings a big grin on everyones' faces. We split up to search for him on foot while Ed searches the web. After nearly an hour and a half of searching, we tracked him to an old warehouse. As we group up to surprise him, the surprise was turned onto us. He was in there with about 10-15 guys. Thus, enslues a huge gunfight. As shots are traded back and forth, I get from behind my cover to take a shot at one of his goons, but to my dismay, I end up getting shot in my right shoulder. I duck behind my cover, switch the gun to my left hand, and get back up and blast away the b*****d. After we end the fight and turn in the bounty, Jet and Spike take me to their "doctor," the old vet from epi. 26 part 1. As soon as he pulled the bullet out, I woke up. I was thinking to myself that that was one crazy dream. I looked at the shoulder I got shot in, just for the helluva it. Low and behold, there was a bloody stain on my shirt where I got shot. I was so freaked out.

About a month later, I end up wearing the same shirt again when I go to sleep. The dream began again, same as usual. As the dream continued on as the last time, I realized this and remembered to duck at the right time. When the gunfight started again, I duck at the right moment and shoot the guy before he shot me. However, that's when the dream changes a little bit. After I blast the goon, another one comes from behind me and shoots me in the middle of the back. Spike shoots the guy and helps prop me up, facing the door where the goon came from. The dream carries on as usual. We bust him, turn him into the police, and head to the "doctor". As he pulls out the bullet again, I wake up. As I woke up and realize where I was, I turned on the light, took off my shirt, and looked at it. Sure enough, there is a blood stain in the middle of my back. After that, I never wore that shirt when I fell asleep again.
