I've actually come to the conclusion that if I ever need to go anywhere besides Vancouver.... I'm screwed. Yeah. I'll probably need either a GPS or w/e its called, or someone in the car with me.
I drove out of Vancouver for the first time today.... Headed to the Lloyd Center Mall. Well thank god Caitlin was in the car with me, or else I would have been ********. I went into the wrong lane when I wanted to turn, and ended up going straight. Well then I went into ANOTHER wrong lane and ended up back on the freeway. If I weren't in Portland for the first time (driving wise) I would have been okay with that. But no. I have NO idea where I'm going in Portland.
So we had to end up going two extra exits up the road and getting off there. Caitlin managed to get me back on the freeway. After that it was pretty easy.
She also got me back on the free way once we had to leave.
