"There is another and he will not take kindly to being called upon for nothing," Grimor said forcefully as if it couldn't be stated harshly enough, "He may not have the childrens boundless strength, but he does poses more magics then you could ever immagine."
The children look on as the adults fall silent. "If we are going to leave, can it at least wait till morning?" Illidan says looking a little frustrated.
Jaron chuckled a little bit, and knodded. "yes Illidan. You're new journey could definatly wait 'til morning," he said with a smile.
Elzia smiled and yawned at the same time. "That's good," she said and grabed Illidan's hand and skiped to his tent. "we should talk about this."
"Talk about what?" he asked
"The new journey that we're going on," she said with a some what serious tone. she sat on his bed, and leaned her head on her hand. she wasn't entirly sure she was ready to go just yet. she knew that she should to get stronger, and protect those few closest to her. but something didn't feel right about this.
"What about it?" he asked siting in one of his chairs. He grabed one of his sharpening stones and started to sharpen his sword again.
"About whether or not we want to go," she said as she started to twirl her finger around causing the air to turn in slow cirlces.
"Why wouldn't we want to go?" he asked. "We need to get stronger to full fill the legend."
"But we don't even know if that legend is even really about us," she said sounding frustrated now. the air started to twirl faster causing a small tornado to form.
"Elzia, your temper," illidan said as he shrugged at the tornado. Elzia sighed and closed her eyes. the tornado slowly disappeared, and the opened them again. "and that is why we need to go on the journey."
"my control has nothing to do about it. i'm worried about...." she broke off. Elzia looked away and crossed her legs.
illidan sighed himself, and put his sword down. he walked to her, sitting next to her. "that's why we go together," he said putting his arm around her shoulders. he put his finger under her chin to tilt it up for her to look up at him. "that way we can help eachother, and watch eachother's backs."
Elzia blushed a bit, and smiled. "i guess you have a point."
"so you'll go?"
"yeah i'll go," she said.
"good, now go to bed," he said as he nearly pushed her to the nearest shadow. "i imagin we have an early morning tomorrow. and you're not the most pleasant person when you don't get enough sleep."
elzia giggled and stuck out her tongue at him. she steped into the shadow only to disappear to her tent. she sighed as she slowly walked to her bed. she couldn't understand why illidan was so calm about going no where in general just to train with someone they didn't hardly know. she knew she had to gain more control over her powers, but she didn't see a point in going to someone she didn't know.
Illidan laid in his bed and stared at the top of his tent. he could definatly understand why Elzia was so skeptical about going. however, he knew that what they now needed was no longer where they were now. he sighed and placed his hand over his eyes. i hope i don't regret this later, he thought to himself as he started to fall asleep.
"silly children," a deep and evil voice chuckled. "you will never get strong enough in time."
in a dark room, a man sat infront of a small pool of water. five other's stood behind him, all waiting for him to say something to them. the first was a tall elf with two swords acrossed his back. the second is a bit shorter, of the same race,but has several throwing daggers on her belt. the middle one, the shortest of them all, had an axe straped acrossed his back. the fourth, was a bulky middle sized man with clubs. the last, was totally covered in shadows.
"what do you wish master?" the middle one asked in a deep pleased voice.
"nothing for now," the deep evil voice said with a smirk. "let's watch what happens for now."
"as you wish master," they all said at once bowing, and left the room.
i'm thinking the title of this could be "enter villian" or something like that.
